After retiring from building sandcastles, return to Emerald Shores to enjoy incredible amenities; (2) pools with (1) heated seasonally, located directly across from the house. If feeling energetic, challenge your friends to tennis, basketball, or shuffleboard. We welcome you, as our guests, to our one story, (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom residence with parking for (3) - (4) vehicles (pending size) in the driveway. A perfect place to enjoy some well-deserved, rest & relaxation. The residence is a self-check-in residence with a private entry code, allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.



Turquoise Turtle is great for entertaining! The spacious open floor plan throughout the living, dining, and kitchen area, provides ample room for everyone to gather. This area contains a private sitting area with new furnishings to include a large sectional sleeper sofa, (2) armchairs, coffee table, nesting side tables, TV console, and flatscreen Smart TV, where you snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the coffee table or sit back with a delightful book. The dining room table seats (6) with counter/bar seating for (3). The fully equipped kitchen has new tile, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with a Keurig K-Due Coffee Pot. Converse inside or step out the French doors to the bonus area, the back patio with an atmosphere offering new patio furnishings to include, couch, love seat, (2) chairs and coffee table where you can simply relax or entertain the family chef at the gas grill.



The Master Bedroom is private with a new king bed set, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous granite double vanity, newly tiled shower & commode. The Guest Bedroom down the hall offers a new king bed set and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has (2) twin beds. Both guest bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans, closets and French Doors opening to the spacious patio and a shared bathroom with a vanity, walk-in tiled shower, & commode. If laundry is your favorite pastime, a stackable washer & dryer is located off the kitchen.



If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state. If you’re looking for adventure, restaurants & shopping, Destin offers the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets & so much more.

• Parking - (3) - (4) vehicles in driveway (pending size). Parking isn’t allowed on the streets nor the grass. Golf Carts are allowed. Overflow parking is not guaranteed, 1st come 1st serve by the pools and tennis courts. No boats, trailers, RV’s or U-Hauls.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
