This townhouse was perfect for our beach getaway. The location was close to most of our favorite restaurants and the private beach can’t be beat! Kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. We really hate to leave but will definitely look to rebook next time we can make it to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, and the house was very clean and exactly as described. We visited in August and noticed there were quite a few families with toddlers, likely because the older kids were already back in school. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Great House great location!!

Definitely not a 4 bedroom as advertised. Absolutely no privacy outside and the parking is terrible. Not being a 4 bedroom as advertised was the biggest issue!!!

I would recommend staying here. It made our vacation wonderful. The only thing I was surprised about was the listing was for 4 bedrooms. Two of them aren't connected to the other two. It's a separate floor with nothing connecting them. You had to go outside and down steps. The laundry room is down there. It has a mini kitchen and a bathroom and TV. It wasn't horrible, but different. I was pretty upset when we got there because we didn't know the setup and we couldn't find the other 2 rooms. A lot of swearing happened, but if was resolved quickly. Our adult child found it before we completely lost our poo. She claimed the whole downstairs area as hers and everyone was happy. It also advertised garage parking. I never saw that and we didn't need it so it was no big deal. It is also close to Whale's Tail. About as far a walk on the beach to Pompano Joe's, just the opposite direction. Great breakfast starts at 7am!

This was a nice property, alot of great features , proximity to the beach was great. My biggest complaint is parking, the spots are very small and the other guests while we stayed had huge trucks and suburban type vehicles that were on the lines and once in your spot you couldn’t hardly get out of the car. The dryer was in need of repair , was very loud and damaged some clothes but i will let the property management know about it. The other thing was when you’re on the patio there is no privacy, you are basically sitting with your neighbors. Sometimes kids were screaming, others had some bachelorette type parties but overall it wasn’t too bad just a heads up for those who might not like that. My husband is social so he liked it. The beach was great, not like the high rise crowded beaches which was the best thing. A very nice more private feel and the beach chairs and umbrella were an awesome benefit although several days we had people trying to use them which was kind of awkward .

We always stay in one of the rentals in this exact location. Best views, walking distance to two places we love to eat (Kenny D’s and Pompanos) and the space feels like a home and not a rental. We traveled with a 3 year old and 9 month old. The main bedroom had a pack n play that was really handy for bedtime and a couple other baby items that were a nice surprise. The unit only comes with 1 beach service setup with 1 umbrella/2 chairs, but the host has multiple extra beach chairs on the bottom deck. It is private beach area for these units so that’s an extra bonus, no crowded beaches and all family friendly. This was our view all week and just a few steps outside our door.
