Wenn Sie durch die Tür dieser Maravilla Wohnung gehen, werden Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen! Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in der 1. Etage in Gebäude 1. Der Strand von Maravilla ist ein großer Komfort, zusammen mit anderen Annehmlichkeiten - Tennisplätze, Clubhaus, 2 Pools (einer ist saisonal beheizt), Whirlpool, Basketballtor, Shuffleboard, Beach-Volleyball, Holzkohlegrills und ausreichend Parkplätze. Bei Maravilla ist immer etwas los! Diese 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer-Einheiten sind so geräumig, dass Sie viel Platz haben, um sich auszubreiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen schnellen Snack oder ein Gourmetessen benötigen. Die Küche ist mit Edelstahlgeräten und einer stapelbaren Waschmaschine und einem Trockner in voller Größe ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug für alle, um an einem Fernsehabend mit der Familie teilzunehmen oder Spiele zu spielen. Es ist offen für das Esszimmer und die Küche, so dass jeder zusammen sein kann, während er sein eigenes Ding macht. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem eigenen Bad. Ein weiteres Gästezimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, das sich ein Gästebadezimmer teilt. Der Schlafraum verfügt über ein Etagenbett für Kinder und ein Twin-Rollbett, das perfekt für die jüngeren Gäste geeignet ist. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen eigenen Fernseher. Sie brauchen also etwas mehr Schlafplatz? Wir haben ein Queen-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste.


Das Condo ist von Mitte März bis Ende Oktober mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet und bietet das ganze Jahr über kostenlosen Spaß mit einer Delfin-Kreuzfahrt auf dem Sea Blaster, Hochseefischen und Golf an jedem dieser Orte (Santa Rosa Golf, Regatta Bay, (Golf Garden of Destin, Emerald Bay Golf oder Bluewater Bay Golf)

The furniture was run down, the rugs made of a rope fiber caused a lot of dust in the air and on clothing. I would not stay in this unit again. The complex itself was very nice.

This property was conveniently located by the pool and close to the beach. It was very pet friendly, and had the things our group needed for our stay. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Definitely coming back!

Loved our stay! Communication from the hosts made everything super easy. The location of the room is super close to the pool and close to the beach. I especially loved the fact that we were able to bring the pups to their first vacation. Only downside is there was construction going on directly above our room.Overall, great experience and definitely will be booking again!

Great property in a fantastic location.

I made the 2 min walk to the beach every morning to enjoy the sand and sea. End unit nearby pool and boardwalk. Condo is very clean and spacious and had what we needed including some beach floats and light weight chairs easily carried to beach for sunset viewing. We walked to shopping g and restaurants and was nearby every thing to do. The host was attentive and communicated quickly to any questions I had. Plenty of room for group of 4 and pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Thank you for hosting us.

The property is great we have been coming here for years as a large group with friends and family. Not a fan of the new management for the beach service. We had to pay to reserve seats to sit with others we were traveling with in different units (5 units total). Have never had to do that before. We love the location and unit we stay in but the living area furniture and rug really needs to be replaced. We may consider a different unit next year if that has not been replaced. Otherwise, we love Maravilla!

Newly remodeled condo across the street from the beach. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything needed to prepare meals. Ground floor is ideal for pets.
