Great view of the ocean. Only 3 towels for 2 of us for a week, so plan to bring dry laundry detergent to wash them for extended stays.

The unit is perfect for two people - spotless, beautifully decorated, and great location. Bed is very comfortable and renovations to the unit are thoughtful.Hallways in the building are a bit musty but it did not take away from our stay.We did a staycation as we are local and were happy with our choice.

The condo was adorable! It was clean, it was updated and in a great location. Did I mention the view? You have views of the Atlantic Ocean. We could walk to the Coligny Plaza which is only about a half a mile away. Checkin was easy too. The place is cozy but has plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for what we needed. Definitely would like to go back.

Upon arrival we had to wipe down all surfaces as they had a residue on them. The ice maker didn’t workThe outdoor cushions were less than clean. The few pots, pans, larger bowls provided were thrown into the shallow cupboard.All utensils and dinnerware had to be washed or rinsed before usingThe closet next to the water heater has sand on the floor from the umbrella holder corkscrew(We put it on the upper shelf on the patio with the beach umbrella)The bed is unnecessarily high and has a distinct “hole” on the right sideThe bedside “tables” are inadequate, being roughly 6” deep and maybe 10” long.There is absolutely NO drawer space throughout the unit, making unpacking for the stay difficult.The blinds on the sliding door are cumbersome to lift and do not even reach the floor (roughly 12”-18” gap. The dumpster is far away from the unit. Unit is not conducive to a 10 day stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo itself was a bit smaller than I expected, but was well equipped and had everything we needed. The balcony view is amazing. You do have to stop by the property management office for check in which is different than what we are used to. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
