'Seaside Manor' offers an incredible position in the perfect location close to Waterfront Restaurants, City Centre and Tahunanui Beach!
Sensational views sweep across all the landmarks of Nelson's waterfront - the island, the harbour entrance, the boulderbank and Fifeshire Rock. In the distance is the coastline of the Abel Tasman and the mountains of Kahurangi tower above.
This home spans across two stories, with the living and entertaining spaces, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms located upstairs. There is also an extra bedroom with an ensuite bathroom downstairs.
The bedroom configurations are as follows:
4 Bedrooms (Sleeps up to 9)
Upstairs - 1) Queen, 2) Double,
Downstairs - 3) Queen, 4 (Rumpus room): Double + Double sofa-bed by request

Upstairs - (Main bathroom) Shower, separate bath, basin & toilet,
Downstairs - Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 3 with Shower, Toilet & Vanity. Separate toilet.
Seaside Manor is an ideal holiday home for 1 to 3 couples or a family. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome with limited interior access allowed.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No Smoking inside. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
