Everything was great! My kids really enjoyed the game room. We saw a Momma bear and 3 cubs one morning just right around the corner from our cabin as we were leaving. The hot tub was a nice spot to relax in the evening after a long day at Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was excellent for my family stay. The bedrooms were very clean and the boys loved the game room. Only areas for improvement would be better dusting in the bathroom and the lower level coach. Neither were an issue for our trip.

This Cabin was perfect for our family of 5’s Smoky Mountain getaway. The beds were super cozy! The cabin was clean and just the way it was described. It is located ALL the way on top of the hill, so beautiful view! The game room was excellent, although we didn’t spend a whole lot of time at that cabin, the time we did spend was wonderful. Our kids loved it!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Bearfoot Lodge. We’re glad to hear that you found our place perfect for your last-minute getaway. However, I would like to address your concerns regarding the attraction tickets. According to our records, we did not receive any communication from you until three days after your stay. We thoroughly reviewed all calls, emails, and texts, and we genuinely would have been happy to assist you had we been contacted directly during your visit. We strive to provide ample information to our guests, including details about the tickets through several channels: a text sent a few days prior, four emails, a welcome message via VRBO, information on your Itrip account, and a welcome book located in the property. We pride ourselves on our responsive communication. If you were reaching out and didn't receive a response, we would appreciate the opportunity to learn what number you were calling, as it seems it was not ours. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your comments and understand your concerns regarding the sulfur smell in the water. As we are located in the mountains and rely on well water, it’s not uncommon for our water to have a natural mineral scent, especially when first drawn. We want to assure you that the water is perfectly safe to drink. In fact, the smell typically dissipates within a minute of letting the water run. We value your experience and hope you’ll consider staying with us again. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Mountain Property

It’s an older property. Some roads leading to property are really tight. Overall entertainment and accommodations could use a refresh. They seem to have well water and it smells of sulfur. Definitely need a water filtering system. Stayed 3 nights. Check in and out was fine and they do respond quickly to text. This property is definitely in the wilderness they have a squirrel issue in the walls and ceilings.

Beautiful with a few flaws

The house was beautiful, and very nice. There are a couple of things that need attention. The couches with the pull out beds could use an update the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pool table needs some attention, its pockets are comming loose and its not balanced.and the outlets in both bathrooms dont work. We wanted to vacume and theres no sweeper. It was fine for us though.we did love the deck, had a couple of bear sightings and amazeing views. When the air wasn't cold the service guys were there right away it was just a dirty filter. Overa we were happy with our stay. Thanks
