Hi George, Thank you for choosing our cabin. We apologize for the dust on the fridge. I have mentioned it to the cleaning crew. As for the cover, we have strong winds up on the mountain to where it pushes the tables and chairs all to one side at times. I can assure you the Hot Tub was clean because we empty it and clean it after each stay. The wind must have blew the cover off before you got there. There are a lot of places that don't even cover the tub or pools. Again thank you Frankl

Hi Cody, Thanks for staying at our cabin. we are sorry that you felt the cabin was not worth your money. But, First off we did not get any calls or emails about any of the problems you stated. There was not a leak in the kitchen. We had that checked out every time it has rained since then. Not sure where the water you seen was coming from. maybe someone spilled water on the floor while you were there. Now the center bubble skylight will tend to condensate if it is real hot outside and cold inside, but that is not near the kitchen, Also there is cable boxes in each room and with all the premium channels offered besides the major pay per view of movie channels like HBO etc. Not sure why you did not see the boxes on top of the tv. We don't keep a firestick or roku there because guest would log in and forget to sign out of their accounts and then others abuse their accounts. As for the Hot tub, if you would have contacted me I could have fixed it in 5 miniutes. Sometimes when the cleaners empty the tub after each guest, they unplug the tub so the pump will not go on without water. when they plug it back it it may go into economy mode and even if the power goes off since you said it was raining. but the hot tub is working fine. We have made sure nothing was wrong with it. As for the game room / Loft. there should be board games and a pool table. We had a couple of video games there but just recently someone needed the cables more than we did and I have new ones on ordered. but there was a bunch of board games there along with the pool table. Also not sure where in VRBO does it say a garage. We don't have pictures of a garage. Maybe they put it as parking available and used garage for private parking, I don't know but I will do research. Again I really wish you would have called , texted or emailed us if you had a problem. We have owned this cabin for over 14 years and it's the only one we have and is also our place to vacation and get away at least once every other month and therefore we try our hardest to keep the 5 star reviews. Anyways, Again thank you for staying but next time if you have issues please contact the owners to make it right before giving a bad review.
