Our Ocean City stay here was a perfect setting for our week's visit to the Jersey Shore, from Atlantic City to Ocean Beach to Avalon to Wildwoods to Cape May. A great location for traveling there and a great location for this accommodation for local things: A 2-3 block walk to "town," restaurants and shopping. A 5-6 block walk the beach and boardwalk. Hard to beat. Parking our rental car was sometimes difficult, but the parking was free, on the street; it was in-season, so, all in all. Traffic in this area was not a problem at all (except for those who seem to get enjoyment out of loud engines or mufflers). Not the property's fault, of course. We found nothing about the property to criticize. We would go back!

It was a good location to the beach. Unfortunately, our stay didn’t start out great (it was partially our fault because we missed one of the rules) and the way our guest host reacted towards us was uncalled for and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We were scared to do anything and didn’t feel comfortable reaching out to her. Our TVs were not working properly and requested service was not provided. We found a dead fish under the heating vent in the bathroom. The only reason we found it was because we were moving the towels from the floor and it happened to pull it out from underneath. Made us wonder how well the place was cleaned. I also was cleaning up a water spill out in the living room area and the paper towel was disgustingly dirty. The place looks surface clean but definitely isn’t deep cleaned. If we didn’t have the interaction with our guest host or the dead fish it would have been a nice stay.

We’re glad the location worked well for your beach trip. We’re sorry the interaction at the start of your stay left you feeling uncomfortable. The property has a no-smoking policy, and a house-rule concern during the stay affected the timing of the TV service visit. The home also receives professional pest treatment, including service shortly before this stay, and we take the cleanliness concerns raised seriously. We’ll continue working to provide a clean, comfortable home and helpful communication for future travelers.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and my son . It was close to the beach and boardwalk 6 min walk, and it was relatively quiet . If you dont like light early in the morning bring a sleep mask. Also there is an outdoor shower as well which is great. The owner was so kind when my husband misplaced his keys at checkout and gave him more time to find them , which he did! SO definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay - clean and safe

We loved it! The place is so convenient and well planned out. Kitchen is perfect, TVs worked great. There is even a coffee maker with some pods - delicious.The host was very attentive and sweet.Kids loved their stay - we will definitely be back.Pro: shower and shower head (Delta) is so powerful and high quality, best shower I have taken on vacation in a while.Unit is brand new just renovated.Highly recommend- 5 stars!

Donna was a wonderful host and even let us check in a few hours early, which we really appreciated. The apartment was a great place for my husband and me to stay during our trip to Ocean City. It was in a perfect location, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the apartment was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice economical rental. Has some difficulty with the code to enter the main building as buttons for code were sometimes sticky.
