Komplett möbliertes und gerade renoviertes Einfamilienhaus auf einem tiefen Grundstück in Ocean City, Heimat mehrerer Auszeichnungen für den besten Familienurlaubsort. Der Hof verfügt über einen Grill und eine schöne Veranda mit Pergola sowie viele Möbel, die zum Entspannen in der Sonne oder im Schatten einladen. Ich habe sogar gerade eine süße Außenbar mit 2 benutzerdefinierten Hockern und einer Bank für Ihre Unterhaltung im Freien hinzugefügt. Shed hat viele Liegestühle, Spielzeug und sogar einen Krabbentopf, so dass Sie Ihr Glück am 12. öffentlichen Pier versuchen können (weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt).

Das Einfamilienhaus verfügt über einen eigenen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ladestation, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Eigentum ist perfekt gelegen (0. 4 Meilen zum Strand, 0. 2 Meilen zur Bucht). 12. Promenade / Strand zu Fuß erreichbar (einer der wenigen Orte, an denen Bäder und Außenduschen zur Verfügung stehen). WaWa, Dunkin, McD’s, Piccinis, Starbucks sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Zugang zu Elektrorollern kann durch Kontaktaufnahme mit den Gastgebern arrangiert werden.

Sean and Gina's place was perfect for our family for a quick OC getaway... they were super communicative and even allowed us a late check out. The fenced in yard was great for our pup & something you don't get with a lot of OC rentals - Will definitely return!!!

It was a cute place to stay, loved the front privacy yard. We were able to bring our dog and sit outside with her and not have to worry about her running off. Many stores nearby to walk too, like Wawa, Mallons, Walgreens and other shops too. Sean was easy to reach and responded promptly.

Great place, with a cool outdoor area, and all the amenities needed for a great week in OC. Owners were fantastic, and very accommodating, with excellent communication. Check-in and check-out were easy as pie. Description and pics were accurate, and we thought it was even a bit better than the pics. Thanks again! Great place.

Perfect getaway

Our family and our dog felt very welcomed from the moment we stepped into the private backyard oasis! The property is just perfect for a small family and is pet friendly. We really enjoyed the style of the home and how easily walkable the area is. We were very close to Mallons sticky buns, wawa, the bay, walgreens and pizza shops. We enjoyed our weekend and would definitely book again!

great property for its location and offering a pet friendly environment. some fixtures were in poor condition and flooring but owners were responsive to concerns. I was informed they would be getting repaired soon. We loved the ability to walk to asbury and the boards. great for a small family with fur babies for a quiet place to crash. outside shower and yard were very helpful.

Cozy perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay here last weekend. The place is clean and has everything you need. Our favorite part was the backyard. Not only was it spacious but also like an outdoor oasis. Our dog loved the freedom to stay outside. The host responded to all of my messages within minutes and was beyond accommodating with my questions and requests. We are so appreciative. Staying here made our weekend. We will definitely be back!

Alot of bang for your buck!

Affordable place to stay. The owner was very responsive during the entire process. A few issues (for us but maybe not someone else), the air conditioner was very small vs the size of the house so it was a little on the warmer side, also not all windows have screens so keeping them open was not always an option especially when your not there. All in all, great place to stay. Definitely on the list to stay at again.

Quaint beach bungalow

Reasonably priced and very quaint beach bungalow in Downtown Ocean City. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive. (one of the window AC units died and he had two new ones there within a half an hour!). Big backyard. No offstreet parking but the on street parking was easy to find.

Short Stay

We stayed for a quick weekend getaway and the selling points were the fenced in yard, outdoor seating and outdoor shower to clean up the pups after playing in the sand. Unfortunately the outdoor shower was not functioning and the furniture was dirty. However the inside of the home was clean and presentable. It is only street parking but was easy to come by during our stay. We did notice a section of floor in the bedroom was spongy and freaked me out when I first stepped on it, but it was easy to avoid once knowing it was there.The host was always quick to respond and recommended some great places to eat.

We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but my recommendation is to avoid this dump. Thankfully VRBO was responsive and while we missed the rehearsal dinner, we ultimately got settled elsewhere. Avoid these losers. Zero stars.

This was an honest mistake, our contractor started a week early on redoing our floors and didn’t notify us. We tried contacting you via phone and VRBO multiple times with no answer to provide an alternative accommodation and make this right. We are sincerely sorry this happened to you and your guests and shouldn’t be a reflection on our hosting for future guests.

WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!

We were looking for a pet friendly stay for the Ocean City Fall Craft Block Party which has been a regular event for our family for a lot of years. The picture shown is pristine and organized. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The owner was very happy to help us with issues we had with the payment process and little did we realize what motivated him to help. To say the pictures shown are outdated would be a gross misstatement. The outside wood was all deteriorated and the area was dirty. Inside the fence looked like it went through a frat party. Furniture dirty and strewn about, canopy covering torn and hanging, dangerous loose pavers, and all surfaces needing paint. Upon walking in the front door, we were hit with a musty smell which permeated everything about our stay. Three types of flooring were used at three different levels all within the kitchen and the floors were spongey and one area in particular was so soft we were afraid to stand on it. Heaters were wall units which did help with the musty smell. The walls up were nice and the place was clean to look at. Would have left except we had a pet and most pet friendly locations were taken so we left a day early and could not have our family over which was the original intention. We posted a note to the owner who explained that he would refund our stay but said he would have preferred an immediate notice. While that would have helped him, how was it to help us. 6 days later and no refund

Adorable spot in a great location

Sean's place is super cute and unique place in a great spot. Don't sleep on the bay! The sunsets from the little fisherman's dock a block and a half up will take your breath away. Sean really responsive as well.

Perfect for Family and Dogs

A nice size, big-dog friendly yard in Ocean City is unheard of but we found it. Amazing yard, perfect for fetch with dogs, lounging with family, and nighttime chatting around a propane fire pit table. House has everything you could need and the second bathroom was a big plus. The Property Manager was warm and inviting, and we had a way to contact him day or night. Great two way communication. Away from the major hustle and bustle, but still close to a pier and the Boardwalk/beach. Very pleased overall and would like to return.

Perfect Front Yard

My family of 5 including 3 kids and a dog stayed here Sep1-5. The cottage is cute and compact, just enough space for us. Definately a minimal kitchen, but we mostly did take out. The rare deep front yard is perfection with lots of privacy and different types of seating, berry bushes and beautiful foliage on both sides. It really becomes the living and dining rooms in nice weather. The location was great, 10 min walk to beach, 1 block from bay and lots of food and shopping options nearby. We didn't need our car all week. Definately recommend!

Attentive Host in a Compact Setting

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The property had a nice fenced front yard perfect for grilling and eating out.
