The Space:
The spacious primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with connected full bathroom and a large covered outdoor terrace offering views of Downtown Ocean City and the 9th Street Bridge. A large Smart TV, air conditioning, and plenty of drawers will help you settle in nicely.
The living room features a table for four and plenty of seating to kick back and relax, with a large Smart TV, free internet, and air conditioning. The living room also connects directly to the bathroom and galley kitchen, making it a convenient space for all guests to enjoy. The unit comes with a queen-size air mattress, board games, and two beach tags for use during your stay.
The brand-new kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. The renovated bathroom has a step-in tub and is stocked with toilet paper.

Guest Access:
Access to your staycation home is super easy! You'll have a key to the secure elevator and a door code to easily enter your condo. Convenient lock box located outside of building makes getting in and out a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The 900 Ocean condo building was freshly renovated in 2023, is well-maintained and sits just a short walk to the 9th Street beach (one block), Downtown Asbury Avenue, restaurants, amusements, and the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk.

Getting Around:
With its central Downtown location, guests can walk or bike to beach, Boardwalk, shops, restaurants, etc.

Other Things to Note:
LAUNDRY
The building has coin operated washers and dryers in a common area for the building's residents on the 2nd floor.

BEACH TAGS
Your vacation rental has two beach tags inside that guests may use during their stay.
