Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide comfortable retreats for up to six guests. The primary suite includes direct access outdoors and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower equipped with grab bars and a bench. Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully prepared with soft linens, extra pillows, and ample storage, making it easy to settle in for short or extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cooking basics. Share breakfast at the dining table before heading out, or linger over dinner together after watching the sunset from the decks. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer visits.

Outdoor living
Upstairs, two expansive decks and a sunroom capture sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop sundeck, the perfect place for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails. Outside, a private BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make mealtimes in the fresh air easy and enjoyable.

Beach access & extras
Deeded beach access is located directly across the street, with South Ponte Vedra Park just a mile away providing a wheelchair-accessible entrance. The home includes private parking in a two-car garage, and WiFi throughout.

Only 4.5 miles from the Vilano Beach Bridge and historic St. Augustine, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks. For nature lovers, the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve lies three miles south, offering hiking trails, kayaking, and abundant wildlife.
