Once again, we enjoyed our time in the place where we stayed. This was our second stay there and likely will return next year.

The location is great with easy parking and accessible to the beach. The penthouse itself was adorable with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. The outside could use basic maintenance including leveling out the bottom of the steps for safety and updated landscaping and maybe access to a grill as mentioned in the listing . Overall ! Definitely a lovely getaway .

Superior location. Might as well be on the beach. You are steps away from the acces point. Restaurants. grocery and peir short walk away. Perfect place for a couple.

Vilano Penthouse

Really enjoyed our trip to Vilano Beach. Just relaxing and walking the Beach. The little Penthouse apartment was well adorned with modern furnishings. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. Owners were readily available to us, friendly and accommodating. Very nice little beach town with many quiet beaches to discover and very good restaurants and shops. Had some trouble with the stairs leading to the penthouse (28 steps). We are in our 70's but still managed. I should have researched the listing closer. Owner assured us he had rentals with a lot less elevation for our next booking. Fun trip overall.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was clean, quiet and quaint. A very nice location near restaurants and grocery. The water pressure in the shower was not great. Did not like the late 4pm check in and early 10am check out.

Very nice stay. 30 step climb to the Penthouse which was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect condo for couples trip to St Augustine area

Lovely condo in Vilano Beach - extra large studio decorated in pretty breezy Florida style, very comfortable. The photos don’t do the view justice. View of the ocean is gorgeous since the condo is the penthouse and only looks over one other small beach cottage. Almost on the ocean. It is on a stretch of beach w all beach houses so no hotels and no crowds, just beautiful smooth sand, great for walking. There is a Publix and a fun restaurant w live music within a short walk. Short drive into St Augustine. Just loved it!

Fantastic location and views!

This was our second stay at the Beachcomber Penthouse. The location is beautiful and only a short drive from the historic district. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise and spending time at the beach, which is just a short walk away. You can even see the water from the bed and bathroom window. I shared a few photos with the property manager of some minor cosmetic updates needed, and he responded quickly and assured us they would be addressed. The property manager was very responsive, and the entire process was smooth and easy. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is perfect to walk on the beach, stores are nearby, and local attractions are just across the bridge. The pictures are exactly how the inside looks and the view of the sunrise was amazing!

This place was in a great location to the beach, only feet to the beach path! You could see the ocean from the windows. The property was as advertised but the units below it looked like maybe long term rentals and somewhat disheveled, with bags on their decks, etc. however we felt safe and would probably return. The fridge is more of a college student’s size, fyi for those needing it.

Beach view marginal. The add is a bit misleading. There's really no outdoor space to enjoy the view, what little view there is. The property looks very unkempt compared to everything around it, for that value. The number of stairs is insane, but we managed. The tub/shower is dangerous (extremely slippery) The penthouse, itself is in pretty good shape.

The house was just as advertised. Cozy one room beach bungalow with ocean view. I few steps to the beach. And a very short walk to the small town. It was our time in St. Augustine and we would stay in this place again.
