Pool and Hot Tub Heating Specials:

Complimentary Pool/Hot Tub Heating: Enjoy free pool and hot tub heating for bookings of 4 nights or more, ensuring your aquatic relaxation is always comfortable.

Pool/Hot Tub Heat for Short Stays: For bookings of 3 nights or less, pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional fee of $30 per day.

Short Notice Requests: Should you wish to add pool or hot tub heating for bookings of less than 3 nights, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival. Please note that pools may take up to 24-48 hours to reach optimal temperature. For requests upon arrival, a $50.00 call-out fee applies.

We strive to provide a warm and inviting experience, ensuring your relaxation is our top priority.

Please note that our pool heat is maintained between 83°F and 86°F for optimal comfort. Regrettably, we are unable to adjust this preset temperature range. If the current temperature falls within this range and does not meet your desired comfort level, the only recourse would be to deactivate the pool heat.

Furthermore, it's essential to understand that pool heaters contain electrical and mechanical components designed to safeguard against extreme low outdoor temperatures. In instances where the outside temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater's automatic shutoff mechanism activates to prevent damage to the pump caused by excessive strain in colder weather. Consequently, the water temperature may decrease during this time. However, rest assured that the pool heat will resume automatically once the outside temperature rises above 50°F.

Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be applied to guests violating this policy to cover sanitization costs. We kindly request smoking to occur outdoors. Your cooperation is appreciated.

While we adore pets, we regret to inform you that they are not permitted within the home. In the event that a pet is found on the premises, guests will be kindly requested to vacate the property without refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be charged to guests violating the pet policy, covering additional sanitization costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

For safety reasons, we do not provide a BBQ grill on-site. However, upon request, we can provide information for renting one. The cost of BBQ rental is $15 plus tax per day, inclusive of thorough cleaning and full propane delivery. Additionally, other rental equipment is available upon request.


** Covid-19 update: Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

Everyday Rules for The Retreat at Champions Gate

Here are the refined guidelines for your stay:

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Kindly respect our year-round residents and homeowners.
Parking is prohibited on grass, sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
All household trash must be securely placed inside a trash bag in the designated container/trash bench before 7 AM.
Trash collection occurs daily at 7 AM, except on major holidays.
Avoid placing trash bags or bulk items on the curb.
Loose trash in the trash bench will not be serviced that day.
Request bulk item services in advance with the Amenity Service for scheduled pick-up; fees may apply.
Please refrain from depositing trash on neighbors’ properties or anywhere else within the community.
RVs, trailers, and boats are not permitted on the premises.

HOUSE RULES

Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is prohibited, and leftover food should not be left on counters, tables, or patio areas.

Door code will be provided before arrival; all drivers must be registered at the gate using names listed on their driver's licenses for security clearance.
