We're sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any concerns during your visit and would have been happy to come by and assist had we known. We do want to clarify that our inspector found no mold at the property. We take any concerns regarding mold seriously and make sure they are thoroughly inspected. The exterior stairwell lighting is maintained by the HOA, and they have since been notified and are working to resolve the issue. Palmetto bugs and naturally occurring sulfur odors in the water are very common and typical in coastal areas. The property does receive a routine pest control service and has not experienced any ongoing pest issues. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Guest comfort and safety are important to us, and we always welcome the opportunity to address concerns during a stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
