We do apologize for the inconvenience of not having the parking passes readily available for your arrival as well as the issue with the toilet overflowing. Our headcount of employees should have never been brought up and should not have affected our customer experience, so for that I am sorry this was portrayed to you and your family. Hello George, Thank you for providing feedback in regards to your recent stay with us. We want to first apologize for any inconveniences experienced during your stay with us. We strive to provide our guest with a Sweet Southern experience and hate to hear your experience wasn’t flawless. We show that several of your mentioned concerns were addressed by our staff in a timely manner, several things including the issue with the dinner ware were not reported to us, and several other issues such as pool hours etc are something the Home Owners Association for the beach club are responsible for. We are happy to address and and all concerns, should they arise, in a timely manner when given the opportunity. Larger units such as this four bedroom condo are not eligible for late departures due to the time involved in cleaning, but we do show that a complimentary late departure was offered to your party which you accepted allowing you to depart several hours later in an attempt to accommodate you and your family. We appreciate your comments and concerns and thank you for the opportunity to improve on our quality of services. We hope to see you back on the coast again soon. ~ The Southern Team
