The location was a 10! And the views wonderful. What we didn't like was for a upper end condo on the beach and the name stating it has amazing amenities ... it was more like minimal amenities. We travel tons and stay mostly in condos and were surprise for our 3 night stay there was no coffee/tea/sugar, no shampoo & conditioner in either bathrooms. One roll of toilet paper, no tissue. The kitchen had dangerously dull knives. To provide the minimum listed above would have cost 10 and made our visit so much more enjoyable. Come prepared!!

May vacay

Great location with a perfect view ! Great kitchen and loved the extra ice machine! Needed more towels and kitchen pot holders! One hour to Foley and one hour to Destin! Plenty of dishes and flatware and pans to cook with!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. You have to go around the right side of the main building to get to the building with this unit. Being a corner unit it has more windows which we love. We would stay here again. Only issue is that the contactor for the AC unit is really loud when it cuts on and off

Quick trip - nice place

We just spent 5 days, there is construction of a new building next door so lots of early morning equipment noises, during the day no big deal. It's convenient to walk to restaurants which we love. The pool is really nice and the walk to the beach is short. The bedrooms are small but adequate, only queen beds which is not our favorite. Good size bathrooms and plenty of good towels.

Perfect location. We loved everything about the condo except the loud washing machine. Not a biggie but you for sure did not do laundry at bed time. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The best Gulf Coast vacation ever

I’ve stayed in hundreds of condos in Alabama and Florida and this was the best stay ever. Because our unit was in the smaller condos which are closer to the gulf than the tower condos, our Gulf view was unobstructed. Our unit is a corner unit so the living room wall has an unobstructed gulf view both to the south and west. You feel as though you’re the only condo in that location. Leaving the sliding doors open brings the gulf into your living room. Spectacular!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo during spring break! We planned this trip not too far in advance so options were limited. We usually stay at the Portofino in Pensacola, so I will admit I was a bit wary. The unit, though, was exactly as depicted in pictures. It was very clean and bathrooms were updated and a nice size for this type of condo. Queen bed in master bedroom, while small, was comfortable. You can't beat the location of the unit! We were able to easily walk to beach or pool and across the street for restaurants, shops, ice cream. Pool and amenities are very nice also, and beach service was included. We were 3 adults and 3 children, and I did find it a bit small for that size of group.

Christmas 2022!

My family and I had the BEST stay at this property the week of Christmas. We had a tree mailed to the property manager 2 weeks before our arrival. It was so fun collecting shells with my 10 & 12yo kids and decorating the tree. We had a couple issues with the jacuzzi tub and the ice maker, but the property manager was on top of it and maintenance was there the next morning to fix it. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big hit since we had record cold that week. The family times are 10am-6pm for you kids to swim inside. Also, they do not allow inflatables or ball playing in the indoor pool area. My kids didn’t mind too much. The view was STUNNING! We saw dolphins the first morning we were there. The room was just high enough for a great view but also low enough to not have to tackle too many stairs and we got to avoid the elevator. We cannot wait to come back again!

Not as advertised

Despite being listed as having sleeping accommodations for (6) six, this was not available. The pull out bed did not work and our children slept on the floor. Despite WiFi listed as an amenity, this feature was also not in working order leaving us to use all data + overages for our own hotspot. The dishwasher was also in poor working order with a busted top drawer that slid completely out each time the dishwasher was opened. One of the shower curtains had blood (or otherwise nasty substance) smeared on it. One of the showers barely drained. Surprisingly, it was the same shower that had super weak water pressure. After the first (2)two issues we reached out to guest services to address, we just stopped because nothing changed. They did send a very nice maintenance professional to look at the pull out bed but it wasn’t able to be fixed. We left feeling disappointed with our choice and like we overpaid for what the accommodations ultimately were. We left saw information (and more) to Southern Rentals but have yet to receive any response.

Good day Jefferey, thank you for taking time out of your day to review the property. We are first and foremost sincerely sorry for the issues you dealt with during your stay with us. We want to ensure that our guests are our first priority, and if you felt we did not portray that, please know that was not our intention. We do show that the work order for the internet issue was in, however the issue was more extensive than we had anticipated. The router, and modem were both replaced, and the issue is now resolved. We also show the sleeper sofa has been replaced, and we do apologize that could not be done while you are in house with us. We know these issues are not ideal on vacation, and we do try to address all issues when you are in house with us, and unfortunately sometimes that is not the case. We do hope that you will come back and visit us on the Gulf Coast and allow us to show you a True 5-Star Southern Experience. Thank you, Your Southern Team

None of the codes for doors/gates worked when we arrived. We were given new codes which didn't work either. After 3 days, we have what we need. At the end of our first month they changed our front door code without telling us and locked us out again, after they stated that particular code would work for our entire stay.The condo was not clean. We had to load the dishwasher of all plates and glasses, wipe down all counters and cupboards, and clean the grill before using. The tv remote was dead, as were some lights out in the bedroom. There was a supply of light bulbs but we had to call for more batteries, which died on a weekly basis in the remote. The whole tv system is so old and irritating to navigate. Mediacom was out promptly but could do nothing. There was such a mismatch of pots and pans, but mgmt did bring us a new can opener, blender, and pot set expediently. The dryer didn't work until we disconnected it. HVAC spent approx 4 hours cleaning it. The response time was appreciated, but these are things that need to be checked regularly so as not to disrupt guests. It was not made clear that the guest parking pass was for my vehicle and not my guests visiting me until I got a threat of towing note left on my car. One of our fobs was broken in two pieces, but left for us to use anyway. I requested a new one, which I promptly received. It appears all the staff I spoke with did not relay any of our issues to other team members. A one night refund did little for us.

View and location were great. We had a severe problem with ants and a leaky toilet in guest bathroom. We could not put food in kitchen cupboards or on counter because ants were so bad. Furniture was uncomfortable.Maintenance put a towel in toilet tank to stop leak and never came back to fix it. Towel started getting moldy and smelled. We spoke to Southern several times. They answered promptly BUT did NOT follow through. They told us pest control had come to take care of ants and after 2 weeks when I had a firm conversation, they said pest control had not come. Finally they came, but ants were still active on the day we left, The ant issue was very upsetting and frustrating. We did not feel comfortable cooking and had to put our food in the living room on a shelf.

We loved easy beach access. Also indoor and outdoor hot tubs good. Both pools were too cool for comfortable swim, recommend warm them up. Outdoor pool area neat, clean, well maintained. Unfortunate hiccup - had a 35-40 min delay at check-in, door codes didn't work - left us outside in hallway with luggage underfoot, but was eventually resolved.

Great spot in Pensacola

Awesome beach access with chairs and umbrella. Indoor pool was great for kids on rainy day. Close to several restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Naval Air Station to check out Naval Aviation Museum. Clean property exactly as listing. Suited my family of 5 perfectly. Thank you!

No watching TV

We always love staying at beach club towers. I was a bit disappointed in how we didn’t receive the correct door code & we were locked out of our room on day 1. Also there is no cable or way to stream your own stuff. So when we had 2 days of hurricane weather and had to stay in we had no way to watch TV. Very frustrating.

Great location with an excellent view and easy access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The outside of our building looked a little rundown but the inside was well furnished and very clean. The only issue we had was that our code at check-in did not work and there was no one on-site to help. We did get a hold of someone by phone and they were able to reset our code.

Very easy. No problems. They sent daily emails as trip got closer with all info needed.

Best view of pcola beach

This place was fantastic. Literally closest you will get to the gulf on Pensacola beach. Balcony was excellent. Lots of dolphins in morning and afternoons. Pools, hot tubs and gym a huge plus. Walking distance to best shops and restaurants on the beach.
