Your stay in this FIRST FLOOR Condominium will require NO climbing of stairs on your vacation as after a long day at the pools, beach, or shopping, NOT NEEDING TO CLIMB STAIRS will be appreciated!

The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate his and hers vanities along with sliding door access to the private rear patio. A large flat screen TV, with HD channels. The ensuite bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower, with rain shower head, provides a soothing and refreshing experience.

The living room contains 2-twin “murphy beds” (with ceiling mounted privacy curtain) as well as a full pull-out sofa. This allows for a family of 4 or perfect for 2 couples. The living room contains direct access to the bathroom without disturbing the master bedroom. In addition to the full pull-out sofa there are 3 comfortable upholstered chairs and a coffee table. Between the “murphy beds is a large flat screen TV (with HD channels) with built-ins below containing a small guest safe for valuables. The living room has another sliding door that opens up to the private rear patio, which will quickly become your favorite spot for coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night while you listen to the howler monkeys and watch the parakeets fly by.

The kitchen includes full-sized appliances and granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen contains an island with 4 stools to enjoy meals, snacks, or cocktails. An expansive granite top kitchen highlights the luxury and functionality of the space and is fully equipped with amenities for a convenient stay. Built in working station just off the kitchen for those needing a spot for the laptop.

Our unit is on the FIRST FLOOR of a three-story condominium in the heart of the luxurious PACIFICO property. Enjoy privacy from the oversized rear patio overlooking a spectacular pools, jacuzzi, and Poolside Restaurant and Bar and tropical grounds. The private rear patio offers views of the mesmerizing pools, jacuzzi, and the large palm tree canopy and tropical landscaping. There is direct, private, access from the rear patio to the pools, jacuzzi, yet lushly tropical landscaped for privacy of the patio.

PACIFICO is a gated luxury resort community with incredible amenities such as 4 large pools, jacuzzi, and Poolside Restaurant and Bar. The Poolside Restaurant and Bar adds a touch of convenience and luxury, allowing guests to enjoy both delicious food and refreshing drinks without having to venture far from the pool area. The complex includes commercial conveniences of a large supermarket, coffee shops, stores, car rental and restaurants. The development also has an exclusive ocean front Beach Club a 10-minute drive away. Renters at PACIFICO have access to this private club at an additional cost of $25 per person per day redeemable against food and drinks. The beach club has 2 more infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabanas, towel service, and an incredible restaurant and bar to serve you poolside. PACIFICO offers complimentary shuttle service ensuring convenient access for all guests to the beach club.
