Just renovated, clean condo in a very nice complex. 2 minutes from a beach and close to some excellent restaurants. Fairly quiet area of the town.The only problem (and it is a small problem for us) was lack of warm water in the condo.

Coco Beach Stay

We were happy with our vacation here. It's a close walk to the beach. The pool is also a very clean and a nice option if you don't want to beach it. A few good restaurant options and a nice coffee shop within walking distance.

Costa Rica Visit

We were very pleased over all! Ivannia was very nice and helpful anytime I had a question. The grounds and pool were always clean. Especially nice that we were so close to the beach! I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good the air in the master went out but to no fault

It was good, relaxing. The room was good but could of had better bedding and towels.

The condo is located a block and a half from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to restaurants/shops. Although the kitchen appeared to be well equipped for cooking we usually ate out. There are a couple of nice looking TVs, but we never used them. The a/c units cooled the condo quickly. The pool is wonderful and is cleaned everyday! All in it was a great value and we would love to stay here again!

Sweet and convenient place

It was a nice place about a block from the beach. It was also very quiet as there were only adults there when we were staying. There was an outfitted kitchen and the garden and pool were neatly kept. I recommend arriving during daylight hours as the place is similar to others that are adjacent or across the street. That way you can see the name of the condos and know you are at the right one.

The condo is in a brilliant location, only 3mins walk to the beach, and there are only 8 condos in the complex. The gardens and swimming pool are maintained every day to a high standard.When we arrived at the condo the wardrobes were locked so we had to contact the host and all the contents were removed. We were disappointed as we had to clean the shelves before we could put our clothes in.There was no welcoming pack to explain the local area in case of emergencies, etc. and also how things operate within the condo.We had a few issues which were put right by the host but it was not a quick response.The photos on the website don’t represent how the condo looks now.

Cozy and close to beach

This property is well situated. The maintenance of the property is over the top. We had a comfortable bed and great shower. Parking was right in front of units. We loved our patio that overlooks the pool. Not much to complain about.

Great stay!

My husband & I stayed at this property for 5 weeks. From inquires & requests before our stay and throughout our stay, the host was very responsive, prompt and accommodating. The condo was as pictured. The king bed was very comfortable as were the sofa and recliner. The wi-fi was very good. The 2 smart TV’s were new and had a decent cable package with multiple English speaking channels. Even had the Super Bowl in English. We cooked and grilled some and had everything we needed. The grounds and pool area are attended to daily and kept clean and tidy. The washer/dryer were new, very accessible and easy to use. This location is great - 1 minute to the beach, 2 minutes to a grocery store and multiple restaurants (Mexican, Asian, steak house, Italian, pizza, coffee shop, etc. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown for additional shopping and eating via the beach, shady beach path or the road. This is a safe, fun and great place to stay.

Excellent location close to the beach

The property was well equipped and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay in Coco. The host was quick to answer all communication prior to our trip but everything g was well explained and we didn’t require any assistance with anything during our stay. The best part about this rental is how close to Coco beach it is, just 2 blocks. We used the beach chairs and mats daily, there was also a beach umbrella but there are lots of shade trees on the beach so we never used it. The pool was great. The apartment has large bedrooms that worked well for our family of 4. The electric range works fine, but takes longer to heat up than most. We also used the charcoal BBQ a couple times. We did not have a car, nor did we require one. Several good restaurants within 5-10min walk nearby. Grocery stores are about a 15-20min walk, so make sure to plan that for a cool part of the day. Great stay.

Observations

I think our host is a rookie landlady. The apartment was clean and comfortable but should have been better equipped but our host did respond to our requests for more kitchen equipment and other observations. There was no water heater. One was installed after our complaint one was installed 3 days later, this should not be necessary for renters to make the host aware of. Also a safety deposit box that is not secure and not usable should not be in the apartment. If these comments and obversations are heeded then I would recommend this rental. Otherwise I would not recommend renting here.
