Sie sind 60 Sekunden zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nur einen Block von mehreren Restaurants und einem Minimarkt entfernt. Wenn Sie hier übernachten, brauchen Sie kein Auto zu mieten, das erspart Ihnen $$$ Hunderte!

Diese komplett eingerichtete schöne 2-Zimmer-Einheit verfügt über eine schöne Küche und viel gemütlichen Raum, um mit Freunden und der Familie zu speisen. Der Tisch, die Vorratskammer und die Schränke aus Massivholz bieten eine Einrichtung im costaricanischen Stil und einen komfortablen Bereich, in dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten genießen oder einfach nach einem Tag am Strand entspannen können.

Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im 2. Stock - der Meister hat ein bequemes französisches Bett und das Gästezimmer hat 2 schöne Einzelbetten. Maximal 4 Personen bitte. Es gibt mehrere Upgrades für das Gerät, die viele andere Eigentumswohnungen nicht haben (wie ein Reservewasservorratsbehälter usw.)

Der Poolbereich ist mit Gartenmöbeln, einer kleinen Bar mit einer Theke für einen Nachmittagssnack und einer Außendusche ausgestattet. Die Wassertiefe ist ideal, um Runden zu drehen oder auf Schwimmern zu faulenzen, wenn Sie lieber direkt vor der Haustür schwimmen möchten.

very nice place to stay

we only stayed a couple nights out there but it was great. The property manager was very nice and she helped us with getting there and also with transportation and activity to do around. The new year eve on the beach was a nice experience! Lastly, the neighborhood was very calm and people were very nice with us.

Everything was very nice, host was super helpful in getting from airport to condo. She checked on us regularly, location within walking distance to beach and local restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Good little unit.

Our stay at this property was overall fine. The unit was clean as described. However, it lacked all the basic amenities that makes it feel welcoming. We stayed in five other places during our trip to Costa Rica and all of them had the basic essentials you would want for a trip

The condo was as advertised and the manager Melina was very helpful through our stay. She provided transportation and assisted with excursions and she was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting CoCo Beach.

The condo is spotlessly clean, in great condition. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach. Melina, the property manager is very helpful. We would stay there again.

Nice two bedroom in great location

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.

Friendly complex to stay while on vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, in great part to the wonderful people we met @ the complex. We appreciated the comfy primary bed, having w/d on site, and a well-stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots/pans), etc. a/c worked well. Great location close to the beach. The grounds and pool are very well kept. Hubby loved the charcoal bbq.

Great Condo for family of 4!

We loved how clean the condo was and it was very close to the main strip in Coco Beach and the actual beach. It was perfect for our family. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking. The pool was clean and the other tenants were all very friendly. My daughter loved the sweet, gray cat that seemed to reside there. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay in this area.

Great place.

The location was very good being a short walk to the beach. A bit futher and you are on the main strip. The pool right outside your door is awesome. Unit was well equiped for a great stay. Nice screened in porch with washer dryer unit if needed. Would stay here again.

Easy stay

The property is exactly as listed. The complex is close to the beach, and the community was accepting and kind. The property manager Melina was terrific. She responded quickly to any request, booked a tour for us and was very generous with all types of information. I highly recommend her.

Awesome condo, excellent location

Our family had a 3 day stay at the condo. We were greeted by Melina, who is very friendly and answered all our questions. The condo was very clean, everything was provided for. The pool was just the right temperature. We enjoyed local restaurants and ice cream. The walk to the beach was easy.

Loved our stay!!! The location was great, lots of great restaurants, easy access to tours, shopping and the people were very friendly. The condo is was like our little home away from home. Good place to stay

The condo was great, well equipped with everything you need. Nice screen room out back for sitting and bbq. Has a nice new king size bed and comfy living room furniture. Short walk to the beach and town. Property manager Malina offers a great variety of outings you can book and enjoy. We did the sunset sail boat and had a wonderful time. If your looking for a great place to stay for relaxing or wanting to explore the area you wouldn’t be disappointed in this condo.

Wonderful!

Josie (the host) was great! She and Melina (the guest contact) made sure we had everything covered. The condo is very cute and in a fantastic location, just a few steps to the market/restaurants and to the beach! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything. The pool was also right out our door. Looks just like the pictures! We loved CR and would stay here again.

This condo is very nice, comfortable and very easy on the budget compared to other properties in the area. The big draw to this condo is the great location that is close to the cafés, restaurants & of course Coco Beach!
Airport pick-up & drop-off for $60 each way if you prefer.

This condo has a backup water reserve tank so that if the water is shut off during the day for maintenance (which happens on occasion down there) you will not be affected because of your private reserve tank. Many other condos do not have this feature so you are at the mercy of the local utility company. Nothing is worse on vacation than coming home from the beach and not being able to take a shower before going out on the town for dinner. I also had a new hot water tank and new Air Condition unit installed as additional upgrades.
