Came back to the same property because of the location and the house. The house is clean, well maintained, and convenient perfect for a family of five. We loved the comfort of the house with the amazing view. The kitchen had all the necessities to help me cook and clean for my family. Air conditioner worked great! No bugs, clean sheets and towels, and reliable appliances! We will be coming back again!

Can’t beat the location! The house was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. In a great location to adventure all the small towns in the area. The whole trip could have been spent sitting in the porch with a perfect view of the beach and water.

We are had a fantastic week at High Tides Beach House! The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures and details…Perfect location, plenty of space & amenities, and beautiful sunsets. If you are looing for LUXURY - keep scrolling BUT if you are looking for clean, comfortable and ZEN then this is the place! We have been going to Madeira Beach over Memorial Day for about 15 years and this is not the fanciest place we have stayed in but it has BY FAR the BEST balcony on the entire beach!! Thanks for a great week of rest and relaxation!!! We will be back!

The best part of this rental is definitely the location — you can’t get much closer to the beach. The porch was also a highlight for us. It’s a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean air. Great week at the beach. Condo outdated, lots of sand. Needs floor drains outside. Water hose to rise sand off. Baking sheets old rusted pot and pans had rust. Dryer run real hot! Sand everywhere. On couch floor chairs ect! Needs updating bad !

We had a great stay here! Great convenient access to the beach. Had everything we needed, beach toys, plates, cups, pots and pans, etc. Only little complaint I had is no pool haha, But that's nothing. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing house with an incredible VIEW

We had a superb time at the house and the beach in front of it. The sunset was amazing! The house was very clean and had all the things we need to cook and enjoy the beach. The extra showers that was very convenient after a long day at the beach.

The view is very nice. Very nice. Couple things, street noise from bedrooms, at night, is unbearable. Expected to hear surf, but bedrooms face the street. Would have loved to open windows facing the beach, but they appear to be corrosively welded shut, or latch handles are broken off. A television in the master bedroom may have helped with road noise. I might stay here again, but not at the current rate. There is better value out there. Nice place, over priced.

We really enjoyed our stay!! It was me with my 4 adult children. Plenty of room, comfy beds, and plenty of linens. We cooked about 4 meals and had all necessary cooking supplies. It was GREAT being in a house right on the beach and not having to navigate a condo, parking lot, stairs, and noise!! The property manager was so responsive with all communications, including prior to check in. Thank you for sharing the house, we will be back!!

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

From the moment we arrived at check-in, everything was smooth and seamless. The directions and information provided in advance made the whole process effortless, and the home was so clean and ready to enjoy right away. The front balcony and lower outdoor floor seating area offered the most gorgeous, unobstructed views of the beach and water - comfortable for every member of our family. The spacious main living room was a perfect retreat when we wanted to cool off in the A/C, giving our family of four plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The main bedroom featured a comfortable king bed, and the second bedroom easily accommodated two adults (with plenty of room for more people). Both bathrooms were clean and generously sized, and the bonus extra shower room was such a benefit after a day at the beach. iTrip thought of everything - mini toiletries, lots of kitchen supplies, extra blankets, a large TV, and plenty of beach towels. We never felt like anything was missing! Being right on the beach was just perfect. Easy access for swimming, morning walks, and nighttime strolls along the shore. Parking was ample and never an issue. And the location couldn't be better - Publix just down the street, plus lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. This was everything we hoped for in a vacation rental and more. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing rental. The only other closest blouse tonthe beach is SpongeBobs house. Being on the beach was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend and we will return.

Love this home

We are so happy this home is back available! Our family has enjoyed it for many years and we are so glad the repairs were made after Hurricane Helene , Maderia Beach is our happy place - memories since our children were small. The home has everything you need , the most beautiful sunsets and the new porch and decor is beautiful - it keeps getting better and better we highly recommend

Perfect Location

We are so happy to see this Home available again after all the hurricane damage to this beautiful area. Madeira Beach has been a vacation spot for our family for many years and we are so grateful that this home is available again to enjoy . The new patio and porch are amazing. We walked to several local restaurants again that we are so blessed to see open. The house had everything we needed we love the upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms the house is perfect complete with the most beautiful sunset.
