This was an amazing place! Short walking distance to the beach, and very clean! The pool was nice and convenient, access to water to hose off all the sand before heading into the condo. Beds were very comfortable and the showers were incredible! The showers had great water pressure! Definitely would recommend! The master is towards the back of the unit so plenty of privacy.

Very nice condo—super close to the beach. Third bedroom is pretty tight space wise, but management was really responsive when we had an issue with one of the bathrooms drains. The building was also really quiet, and has an elevator. We had a great trip!! Thank you so much!

The condo was perfect for us. Teenagers loved fishing from the pier. The beach was a quick walk away. Truly is a beautiful condo!Only suggestion I have is to put more chairs on the patio. Plastic chair was broken and the wicker chairs were coming apart from the sun.

There was a good choice of pots and pans. No 9x13 baking dish. The condo had numerous beach towels and beach chairs. There was also several children’s beach toys available. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very spacious. We had 7 adults and we did not feel like we were crammed.

We’ve stayed here before and the location is great. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Was disappointed in the shape of the rental now and the limited amount of toiletries for the amount of people staying.

Inside is spacious, modern, and clean. One shower tub is partially clogged as it fills with water quickly. Back bedroom overlooking deck curtain rod broken. Pool is used by neighborhood who isn’t bashful about letting you know they use it all the time. There’s a hole in the property fence where they walk through. A dozen of them at one time.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the condo felt spacious, modern, and clean. I’m sorry about the clogged tub and the broken curtain rod — our maintenance team will be asked to clear the drain and repair/replace the rod right away. We take the fence and pool access concerns seriously and will work with the owner and community association to secure the fence and address unauthorized use. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to provide an even better stay in the future.

Nice stay!

This seems to be a newer property! It worked well for our party of 5. Reasonable walking distance to restaurants and the beach!

Great Long Weekend Stay

We stayed at this property last year in a different unit and were pleased that this experience was just as good as that one! The units are set up perfectly for socializing and we really enjoy the open concept. Location is perfect and the unit itself was just as described. Thank you for a great visit to Madeira Beach!

A Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable, clean, and a great location! We had 4 of our adult children and two grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom has its own private bath. We will definitely be back!
