This property exceeded our expectations. The house is just as pictured but the view and the beach are breathtaking in person. The location and space were perfect for our large group (three families) and we all hope to stay there again!

Great setup for family groups

This beachfront rental was perfect for our family group of 10 adults. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation, and the dining room allowed far everyone to eat together. We brought our Christmas tree with us and had a jolly good holiday.

Fantastic property and location

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

Marriage venue

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

The property only has 4 bathrooms, which became a bit crowded in the evenings when cleaning-up from a day on the beach. The countertops in all bathrooms are very short ... annoyingly short. Otherwise, the property was clean and well-appointed.

2018 Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 32 gathers every 3 years from all over the US to bond and share famiky time. Our group was age 70 to age 3. We had rented two houses as we needed an elevator. This house was perfect for our beach location and comfortably slept 22 people. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. The view and location cannot be beat!! The beach and Water are amazing, The rental office was great to work with us and assist with any issues that came up. We had a fabulous time.

Making Memories

The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

Overall, this house was perfect for our extended family of 17. We had plenty of room for everyone. Especially loved the spacious dining room where we were all able to gather at once for meals and family game night. We were right on the beach so that was especially convenient. The only blip was that one of the burners on the electric stove did not work and it happened to be the largest coil burner, so cooking for this large family was a bit of a challenge. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping which made it very convenient. Overall, it was a great set-up for our family vacation!
