Wir stellen vor: The Dixie Queen, unser neuester Strandläufer am Golf mit privatem Holzplankenweg, der direkt zum weißen Sandstrand führt. Übergroße Fenster und Holzdecks bieten einen 360-Grad-Blick auf den Golf und den Sound, der die atemberaubende Smaragdküste und die Umgebung von Pensacola Beach einfängt. Nie auf dem Vermietungsmarkt wurde dieses Haus professionell aufgewertet und auf Unterhaltung ausgelegt. Jedes Zimmer ist mit frischen und neuen Möbeln, Bettwäsche und Dekor ausgestattet. Intelligente Funktionen, Flachbildfernseher und Sonos-Soundsystem im gesamten Gebäude. Mit einem Aufzug, der Sie in jede Ebene bringt, können Sie sich über die Aussicht auf das Meer, die Glasschiebetüren mit Holzterrassen und die privaten Badezimmer in jedem Schlafzimmer wundern. Das Bonusspielzimmer auf Strandniveau ist riesig, klimatisiert und mit Etagenbetten, Fernsehern und brandneuen Spielen ausgestattet. Die dritte Etage verfügt über ein Loft im Wohnzimmer mit noch mehr Meerblick und gemütlichen Schlafnischen, die bei Bedarf zusätzliche Schlafbereiche bieten. This home is beautiful. Every nook holds a piece of art. Our family included 8 16-18 year old, 5 adults and a parrot. We had the best week. Pictures dont do it justice. The walkway to the beach is rare to have and it was so nice. There were dozens of chairs, rafts, toys, etc to use and all were very nice. The golf cart made getting around easier during high traffic times. Even the mattresses and pillows on each bed are top of the line. We were all impressed and hated to leave when our time was over. 10 out of 10 all the way around!

The location was just amazing! At night we left our windows open to listen to the waves on the beach. We loved having our own access to what felt like a private beach. The house was obviously a rental property . . . but that was ok. We were visiting for a wedding and had lots of small children, married couples etc. We cooked many meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked even for our large party. The pool was quite small - but - we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. I was surprised there was absolutely NOTHING left from previous renters - like salt or foil or things like that. And when they say "starter" amounts of disposables like TP and dish soap . . . they MEANT it. The rental company was very responsive to our calls when we needed things - which gave us a real comfort. We did use "babyquip" - as the house had no baby beds or other things. Babyquip did a great job for us as well. There really is no beating this location. And we did enjoy restaurants nearby. Everything was very close.

Location, Luxury and Amenities Galore!

This house was fantastic! Our extended family celebrated in January for my Mom's 80th birthday.There were plenty of seating areas, a completely furnished kitchen, 3 refrigerators, and plenty of room for the whole family. The kids loved the downstairs game room. This house was perfect for all ages - 10 - 80!

Thank you for the great comments. The game room is explained as the 6th bedroom and it is a giant room with huge space and sleeping area, as well as the great games and TV's. We are not trying to be misleading at all and if we are asked about it we clearly spell out exactly what the room is and it is best described given the context as a bedroom and game room with a full bathroom. 70th Birthday Celebration

We have a wonderful experience staying at Villa Segundo to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. With people from age 2 to 70 we all had something fun to do without ever leaving the property. We all had comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms in which to freshen up. The game room was great and the beach was just a short walk out the back door.

Mansion on the Beach

I highly recommend staying at this property. Every bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. The living areas are very spacious for bigger groups of all ages. Between the ocean, hot tub/swimming pool, game room, and TVs in each room there is plenty to do. The property manager accommodated us in checking in a little early and was quick to answer any questions. The home was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. I will definitely rent this home again.

We rented this home for our entire family. The location and views were amazing. The house had plenty of room and things for everyone to do. The weather was great and the beach was awesome! Just overall a disappointing lodging experience. Starting with not being able to check in at 5:00 because the cleaning was not complete. When we got in multiple dishes were put away wet & hadn't been dried. Everything in the house was just below expectations - cheap, crappy frying pans (where even bacon stuck to the pan), large gaps in the LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets with paint peeled off, several spots on walls that needed painted, pool filthy & full of sand, hot tub didn't heat up well, downstairs mattress hard as a rock, icemaker not working, middle blind in living room looking out to beach stuck half way closed, no dust pan, no dish rags, nothing to scrub pans, no trash can in basement bathroom, 1 of 5 adult bikes was rideable (others had chains off, holes in tires, wheel not even attached to frame, seats loose that couldn't be sat on), house had cockroaches (pics provided to property managment company), refrigerator leaked water all over the floor in the kitchen, bottom of shuffle board pieces were rusted & wouldn't slide (game didn't have enough sand on it either). The sliding glass door going to the pool wouldn't open or close, a repair guy got it working & then 2 days later the door fell off. Just overall disappointing & it's clear that owner is putting the absolute bare minimum into this house as a short term rental. Asked the property management company for a discount because of all the issues after check out and 3 days later they still have not replied.

Dream House for any type of group of people.

Truly a dream house on a perfect spot on the beach. Beautiful facilities and all new and clean appliances and furniture. Crazy game room amazing for kids or adults who still like games like kids (me!) and generally stocked with everything one would want to use for fun of the beach or getting around town. Couldn't have been happier. Has to be one of the nicest houses in Pensacola.

Awesome Review! We share your sentiment and think this is the premiere direct Beach Front house on Pensacola Beach. The house includes some great amenities including 10 Bikes, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas, wagons, a full game room with Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Pool Table, Air Hockey all higher end games as well as two wall mounted TVs. The house is huge with 5 bedrooms that are gulf front facing and the 6th bedroom incorporated in the game room. Thanks again for the great review and look for more improvements in 2020! Beachfront

We enjoyed our beachfront home. We noticed several things that needed maintenance attention. We were overall happy with our stay. We were disappointed that our hot tub did not work until 2 days before we left. If a property advertises amenities, those amenities should be working period!

Spring Break Group Getaway

Location is perfect! House has tons of room, even for our group of 19. Interior is updated, and is as advertised! Exterior is becoming weathered. Pool/Spa insert had some difficulty during our stay. After Day 3, circuit breaker for spa side kept tripping. I also suspect the insert may have a slight leak. Don't worry about bringing your beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. to this place....they've got it all waiting for you! Host communication was A. Overall, 4.5/5, we would recommend this one.
