Dieses schöne Haus ist ideal für eine große Veranstaltung oder ein großes Familientreffen. Das schöne Haus an der Golfseite hat eine Fläche von 2634 Quadratmetern, sechs Schlafzimmer, sechs Bäder und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 18 Personen.

Der 304 Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Haustüren führen in einen hellen Eingangsbereich mit Treppe bis zur Hauptebene führt. Dieser offene Wohnbereich verfügt über eine große Küche mit langer Frühstückstheke, Tonnen Ablagefläche und eine übergroße Kühl- / Gefrierkombination. Der Wohnbereich bietet viele bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, einen an der Wand befestigten Flachbildfernseher und eine Wet Bar. Der Esstisch mit Bankbestuhlung bietet Platz für die gesamte erweiterte Familie zu den Essenszeiten. Drei Schlafzimmer sind auf der rechten Seite der Küche, die alle mit Deck-Zugang. Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über zwei Queen-Betten und eigenem Bad. Schlafzimmer 3 hat auch zwei Queen-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Weitere drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses. Schlafzimmer 4 hat zwei Queen-Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Schlafzimmer 5 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und verwendet ein Bad Hall, der auch den Wohnbereich Dienstleistungen. Schlafzimmer 6 ist eine Master-Suite mit Zugang zum Deck, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem großen privaten Bad mit Whirlpool und verglaster Dusche.

Das Deck auf der obersten Ebene ist mit schattigen und offenen Sitzbereichen, einem großen Esstisch und klaren Acrylgeländern für einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Golf unglaublich. Treppen vom Deck führen direkt zu dem zuckerweißen Sand und dem smaragdfarbenen Wasser. Der Carportbereich unter dem Haus ist groß und offen für ausreichend überdachte Parkplätze und zusätzlichen Unterhaltungsraum.

This was a beautiful property. We hosted my family and had 14 guest stay comfortably. There was easy access to the beach and the spacious deck allowed family to be together both on the property and on the deck coming and going with ease. A bonus was watching the dolphin from living room. The huge refrigerator and ice machine came in very handy as well. Come prepared with beach towels and chairs as the property does not provide those.

Great for our family vacation!

Wonderful property for our family vacation! We were so impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. One note that might help others traveling with little kids, there is not a great spot for a pack and play because the rooms are all packed with beds but we made it work. We've already booked again for next year!

A Lovely Weekend!

There is a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area, but we catered most of the meals to minimize our need to leave the house. The beach is easily accessible and the view was lovely. The deck was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this house to others. This home is our top location for future stays. My many thanks for the lovely stay. Dr. G

We love Pensacola Beach!

The beds were very comfortable except for the queens in the front street side. Son says those need replacing. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lots of new glasses! Great having two dishwashers and an ice maker. We re-upped for next year!
