Good spot for a small group

This place worked great for 5 of us for a short ski weekend. Would be tight if you filled all the beds with adults, but if some are kids it will be fine. My friends noted that both queen beds had particularly firm (but still decent quality) mattresses.

Weekend Ski Trip

The location of the property was convenient to transportation to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding for the day. The basic amenities were also available at the place. When we arrived however we found that the heater for the living area and the loft was out of order for our first night.

La Residence V (5) Condo T-05

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental staff were helpful. Stayed during mid-week so parking was ample. Hot tub is small (4 max) and best to drive there. Locale is centralized. Kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect for 4.

Everything we needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. It was clean, well-stocked and had everything described. Check in and out was seamless as well. The only issue we had was with the lock on the front door. It spun around and around and was difficult to use.

Well stocked kitchen

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and our adopted son liked this condo because it had a bathroom in the loft and if my son could have found a friend to come, there was a bed for that friend. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, mugs, etc. but so small, only one of us could be in it at a time. I hadn't noticed no dining table, but the TV trays worked for us. Parking was easy and available, and cleared of snow.

Needs better communication

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was ok. Unfortunately this is the second time staying in this place. Same room same problem no second tv in the apartment. Also if they going to redo the asphalt on the parking lot notifying would be great. My whole family have to do acrobatics to get to the stairwell. This happened the last time we were there too. Look at my history of reservations and you will see that I got the same apartment last time.

Upset

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BAD. The jacuzzi was not working, the parking was supposed to be fix in one day and it only ruined some of our shoes. They did the walkway to the stairs so we had no choice but to step on the black stuff. No iron like most of the other places that we stayed before. Some of the people staying at the property were smoking mariguana making it hard to open windows for fresh air. If we damage the property we paid, but if some of our shoes got damage then who pays. I have been reserving with you for three years but I am having doubts for next years.
