Welcome to A Shore Thing a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo located in the beautiful Shorewalk condominium resort, just minutes away from IMG Academies, shopping, dining and the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island.

The resort features 2 large heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, children’s playground and shuffleboard. There is a clubhouse which offers ping pong, an inside pool table room and a large screen TV. Grill up your catch of the day or some burgers on the over-sized gas grills located in the common areas.

The master bedroom, with king sized bed plus additional single bed, has a spacious en-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet to store all of those shopping treasures! The master bathroom has a convenient vanity area with one sink, separate from the tiled walk-in shower. Getting cleaned up after the beach to head out to your favorite seafood restaurant will be a breeze! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to enjoy your breakfast on the lanai, lunch by the pool, or dinner in the dining room.

The spacious second bedroom has one full size bed and an additional single bed. Just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom with a full sized bathtub.

A washer and dryer are available inside the home.

Relaxing Vacation Rental

The rental was very clean! It is well stocked with beach towels, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler,etc.). Kitchen, living area , & bedrooms are lovely. Great location! Grocery store is in walking distance. We will be back!

Bradenton Vacation Condo

Condo has exactly what you need to have a home away from home. The pictures are an accurate representation, plus there is good WI-FI. We also enjoyed using the shared pool which was nicely heated.

Enjoyable Memorial Weekend

We chose this VRBO because of the accommodations, amenities, cost, and proximity to the Gulf Coast. All of these were as advertised, plus the larger than expected walk-in closet in the master bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We had a few needs along the way and the property managers responded promptly, favorably, and effectively. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

The condo was very clean and neat, but there were a few issues. Their vertical blinds needed refreshing. Some were broken or missing and didn't work well. The master bath shower dripped constantly and the bath tub faucets were switched (hot & cold switched.) I couldn't start the dishwasher as was asked so we left with dirty dishes in it. Other than that things were fine.

Beach vacation

This was the perfect property for our family beach vacation. The condo is well supplied, especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and extra tennis/pickleball rackets. It was short drive to all the beaches. And when we were not at the beach we enjoyed the hot tub, pool and playing tennis. Definitely recommend!

Summer vacation

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs and umbrella worked perfectly. This is our 4th time staying at Shorewalk and we have never been disappointed. There are several places within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet. Thanks for everything!!

A Shore Thing in winter

The condo was very clean. However the dryer was extremely noisy with an excruciating screeching. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cooking equipment The king size bed was comfortable but difficult for a person shorter than 5 ft to get in to

Nice location

Had a few issues with getting in the property, but resolved once I got ahold of the property manager. We also had problems getting the tv to work. They had to order the correct remote which took 3 days, but then worked fine. The bed was very hard and the sheets kept popping off. Other than those issues we were very comfortable. The supplies were quite adequate. This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at Shorewalk. And really like it. Just wish you allowed dogs. We may have to bring ours next year. Thanks you for the nice stay.

a little disappointing

Our unit was very outdated. TV’s hard to operate. Dryer sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall. it squeaked and screeched. The furniture was not very comfortable, and outdated. The community should probably be labeled as a 55 & over community in your advertisement.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe our price point reflects that this condo is not newly furnished and renovated. A new front load washer and dryer have been purchased since your departure. Shorewalk is a popular destination for families of all ages, but during February and March you will most likely find many more snowbirds staying that usual.
