House Rules:

Primary Guest: The person booking must be at least 25 years old.

Quiet Stay: No parties or events — we want everyone to enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Pets: As much as we love furry friends, this condo is pet-free.

Smoking: Smoking isn’t allowed inside or on the balcony. If smoke is detected, the security deposit will be forfeited. By booking, you agree to this policy.

For Your Comfort:
We’ve stocked the condo with plenty of fresh linens — 6 large, 6 medium, and 6 small towels, plus 6 beach towels. You’ll also find extra blankets and pillows to make your stay cozy. Please be sure everything stays in the unit so the next guest can enjoy them too. (Replacement costs: $10 per towel, $20 per pillow, $50 per blanket.)
