Willkommen in unserem schönen 2-Bett-2-Bad-Wohnung in der üppigen Umgebung der Küste Spaziergang Urlaubsort. Unsere Wohnung ist nur über 1250 m² mit viel Platz für Familien von 4 oder 5 oder 2 Paare. Die Wohnung wurde zu einem hohen Standard umgebaut. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Küche wurde renoviert und verfügt über alle modernen Geräte mit einem Essbereich. Von der Veranda aus können Sie das Leben beobachten oder sich auf dem Deck am Clubhaus entspannen. Es gibt 2 beheizte Pools für Ihren Genuss und auch einen Whirlpool / Whirlpool. Spielen Sie eine Partie Tennis auf einem der beiden Plätze oder schießen Sie einen Reifen am Basketballkorb. Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte oder einen Billardtisch für Ihren Genuss rund um den Poolbereich. In unmittelbarer Nähe von öffentlichen, Applebee, Apotheke, Bowling, Kino, Bus-Service zu den Stränden und in die Stadt und mehr ....

Nice place and location

The condo was spacious and in a great location. Not super clear on the listing, so just a note that it is on the second floor so you need to go 2 flights of stairs. The pools were heated and nice. Nicely located to spend time in Bradenton, Anna Maria, or even Siesta Key.

Perfect Stay

The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We had everything we needed and if we didn’t, there were stores close by. We loved Detwiler’s Market! They had chairs and extra items for the beach, if needed. The condo was clean and had extra pillows and blankets too! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Great place and just down the street from IMG.

Great location and unit

Nice unit that met all our needs. Very clean and convenient to Anna Marie Island as well as grocery stores, Walmart and a variety of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend this unit. It was great to have the laundry in the unit as well.

Highly recommend

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here for her soccer team tournament at IMG. Property was clean, adequately stocked with kitchen items including a few pantry items (ie salt, pepper), and communication was excellent with owner and local contact. Owner graciously let us have a late check out so we could get cleaned up before our evening flight home. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Closet full of beach items (ie chairs, umbrella, sand toys) much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

3rd time at Shorewalk.

Once again, we enjoyed our stay in Shorewalk. The location is ideal and we very much appreciate the 2 heated pools (wonderfully warm at 86degrees) and the 2 hot tubs (both worked most of time while we were there). There are very strict rules regarding use of the facilities, and we did have a few confrontations with one or more of the staff specifically regarding the kids ‘jumping’ into the pools however, we, and our grand children, were able to enjoy ourselves, despite these unpleasant encounters. We will definitely keep Shorewalk in mind as we plan future vacations to Florida’s West Coast.

Wonderful Stay at Donna's Apartment I recently had the pleasure of staying at Donna Kirk's VRNB apartment and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful and well-maintained, and everything was clean and organized upon our arrival. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Donna was a gracious and attentive host, providing us with clear directions on how to obtain the key and promptly responding to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Thank you, Donna, for making our stay such a memorable one!

Good location

We had a good visit and enjoyed the use of the condo. The location is great and near stores and restaurants. The condo is clean and the mattresses in good condition. The closets had plenty of hangers and extra blankets / pillows and towels. Lots of drawers. Suggestion to owner - As we used the kitchen a lot, it could use some changes to the pots and pans (scratched) knives (very dull), provide kitchen dish soap, new kitchen sponge, dishwasher pods, kitchen faucet leaks when closed in middle position, oven door handle quite loose! No soap dish in bathrooms, bar stools go down when we sit on them. Overall we had a good stay. We would recommend the condo for a family!

Fantastic holiday accommodation

Stayed in this lovely condo in Shorewalk in July. The condo is stylishly furnished with everything we required, we particularly like the 3 flat screen TVs with cable which allowed our children and us to watch a number of different things at the same time. The master bedroom has 2 very comfortable double beds and a large walk in wardrobe which pleased my wife immensely, our 2 teenage children had 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom again with a large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. Shorewalk has 2 lovely clean swimming pools and tennis courts which we almost had to ourselves most days, and Applebee's, Outbacks, bowling ally and cinema were Just a short walk away, The beaches were lovely and only a 10-15 minute drive, but sometimes the parking can be difficult at the weekend. All in all we had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Perfect for a holiday get-a-way

Overall, my dad and I were very happy with our stay. I didn’t pack my hair dryer because the amenities listed one as there but there was not one anywhere to be found in the condo. That resulted in wet hair when it was time to go out to dinner. Thankfully, it wasn’t cold weather. Also, the TV in the smaller bedroom wouldn’t connect to anything — antenna, cable box, nothing. *A notebook or a paper of some kind explaining how to use the televisions in the master bedroom and living room would have been helpful as it took my Dad quite a while to figure out how it worked as it’s a different system than what he has at his place in Michigan. But, the pool was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the location was superb. Would consider renting again but would bring my hair dryer.

July 5-9 stay

Property was not clean when we arrived. They offered to bring us clean linens which we were fine with then the cleaning crew would come at 8 the next morning. We were moved to another place where the air didn’t work for two days then they finally had someone see about it. Yes the place was nicer and closer to amenities but we didn’t ask to be moved. I told the host and son in law over the property I felt like we should have at least one night refunded for everything we have been through. His statement to me was they already had to come out 400 because it was a nicer place they moved us to. Like I told him we were fine with the other place if it had been clean. He stated he knew that was what I was after, my money back.I didn’t appreciate that comment at all, I’m no where near that type of person. No we didn’t asked to be upgraded but the place we booked had dirty sheets and towels on the floor just as we walked in the door and the place had not been cleaned. I’m not beneath changing the sheets and wiping things down until the cleaning crew could come but we shouldn’t have to do that, we payed cleaning fees for a reason.I completely understand things happen but when they do as business owners you do something to compensate your customers such as a gift card to a local restaurant, a night refunded or an extra night given. Overall nice place and location.

Bradenton Condo

Good rating, but a couple of pointers for the owner: It would have been nice to have basic kitchen spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) and small soaps, shampoos, etc. supplied. We have used Vrbo in the past and these items were provided and appreciated. We had to go out to purchase them upon arrival this time. Also, there were no garbage bags. The vertical blinds, which I'm sure were very nice when new, were damaged prior to our stay and should have been repaired. The biggest disappointment that I want to bring up is that in the listing for the condo, it stated that there was a tv in both bedrooms. Upon arrival, we found that the guest bedroom tv was not hooked up to cable and was, therefore, useless. A tv in the guest bedroom was important to us and we chose this particular condo for this reason. It is misleading that the owner's description does not mention that the guest bedroom tv does not have cable.

We Will Be Back!

This was our first experience with Shorewalk and definitely will not be our last. We frequently played table tennis and Pickleball on site. At first we did not think we could find others to play Pickleball, so we joined G.T. Bray Recreation Center, a short 1.5 miles away. Thank goodness other couples or individuals chose to join us to become regulars during our four weeks. The pool is an outstanding 85 or 86 degree delight. Right around the corner is Publix. Our two favorite restaurants were Thai Palace and Tide Tables. The condo was a great size and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked, however, I would recommend replacing a couple of the. larger coated pans due to scratches. Sometimes the internet would slow down or shut down, but the property manager suggested unplugging the router and rebooting it and that worked. The TVs in the bedrooms were not working. If a set box is set up it could be connected with an HDMI cable. The screened lanai was lovely. The vertical blinds were not my favorite window coverings, since some panels were missing. Next year we will visit the beach more frequently, but you need to be patient driving there due to traffic, depending on the time of the day. I heard that going in the morning is the best time in order to avoid traffic. An excellent vacation and reprieve from our NY cold winter!
