MASTER BEDROOM: Wake up to incredible views of the water in this spacious suite featuring a king bed, a sliding glass door leading to the patio, and a convenient kitchenette. The en suite bathroom includes both indoor and outdoor showers—perfect for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying a peaceful moment under the sky.

SECOND BEDROOM: Cozy and comfortable, this room includes a queen bed and connects to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with hallway access—great for couples or additional guests.

THIRD BEDROOM: Features a king bed and its own private en suite bathroom, offering extra privacy and comfort.

FOURTH BEDROOM: Designed with families or kids in mind, this room includes two sets of bunk beds—one with twin beds and one with queen beds—making it fun and functional for groups of all ages.

LIVING ROOM: The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez through large windows along the southern wall. A great space to relax, read, or enjoy time with loved ones.

GAME ROOM: A favorite for guests of all ages, this bonus room includes a large flat-screen TV, a vintage Pacman arcade machine, foosball table, and a wet bar with reverse-osmosis filtered water and an ice machine.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked and ready for your culinary needs, the kitchen includes spices, an air fryer, blender, dishwasher, and its own reverse-osmosis water system—everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home.

OUTDOOR AREA: A spacious beachfront deck runs along the side of the house, with a direct path leading to the sand and sea. The palapa-covered bar and seating area on the porch offer the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or gather for evening drinks.

PET POLICY: This home is pet friendly. A $75 USD fee applies per pet. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry companion.
