Excellent location close to the beach and in a pretty setting. But furniture, indoor and out and including mattresses, was uncomfortable with thin cushions. Also, most of the doors in the house were welded shut, which seemed like a fire hazard as well as making it hard to enjoy ocean breezes and outdoor spaces.

DeBorah, none of the doors were welded shut! The only door that was jammed that you mentioned during your stay, which I had maintenance over immediately to fix it while you were still there was only one of the doors to the balcony. That has Then been since been fixed and in working condition.

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end-We love staying in Costa Diamonte and this home was off the charts. Great big rooms and beds. Clean, temps good and beautiful sliding doors that open to the house. Everything for our family we could need. Easy access to the pool and beach. No issues with check in and check out. Great host, we will be back!!!

LOVELY Vacation Home

My family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful home for three nights did not want to leave! The neighborhood is lovely and safe and the home was more than we bargained for. Maria was so easy to communicate with, she made us feel welcome from the start. We will absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing home a block from the beach

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a long weekend with a group of friends. We were all super impressed with how nice this house was for the price that we paid. We loved how spacious this home was, how close it was to a nice sandy beach, the activities (ping pong table and corn hole) available at the house and the spectacular kitchen to cook some of our meals in. I would definitely stay at this home again!!

Awesome Senior Framily Trip

The house is huge - perfect for a large framily vacation. It was decorated with a cute beachy theme and very clean. The location cannot be beat! It's right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. The community is safe and monitored. We had an issue with a few items that were not stocked, but it was quickly resolved with a text to the property manager. She was very responsive and wanted to make things right. We will def stay here again!!

Great House Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. No issues and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The only suggestion we would have is to get better mattresses for the bunk rooms. We had mostly adults and the mattresses in those rooms were a bit hard. The two king size mattresses were fine. Other than that we had a great stay and a wonderful time.

Spring Break 2021

The home was furnished very nice. I only wished that it was more equipt with cleaning supplies, sharp knifes and utensiles. The bbq did not get hot enough to cook hamburgers. We basically had to eat out every night. The master bedroom's bed upstairs is very comfortable. My kids had a nice vacation.

Hello Tonya, I’m very sorry you felt like we didn’t have enough cleaning supplies. The barbecue grill might needed the propane tank to be changed out. Maintenance always keeps another mini propane tank in the garage for guests to use in case needed. Thank you for choosing to stay at her place.

Family getaway

Beautiful property, perfect for the entire family. Close to the pool and nice little walk to the beach. Very nice community, pleasant people around, front gate security very helpful. We had a feeling of being secured by seeing security walking around the property at all hours of the day and night. Our stay was very pleasant and the owners are very nice! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will definitely be back again. If I could make suggestion, sponge to wash dishes and make sure WiFi is working. Didn't mind so much because it allowed the family to disconnect and be present!! But we did want to wind down and watch a movie for the kids.

Secure and Serene!

I took my family down for a long weekend at a time where there was some local turmoil. We had to pass thru not one, but two gates to enter the development where the house is located. I walk my dog every morning around 4:30am and each time I ran into security on foot patrol. This provided an added sense of security, not that I've really ever felt unsafe in Sandy Beach! It was just an added benefit! The house was simply gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well organized. I will mark this as a favorite in my VRBO app and recommend this to my friends. I loved the patios: one to watch the sunrise, the other to watch the sunset! Great ocean views from the upper deck too! While it was technically not on the beach, it was close enough to smell the salty air and enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping a frosty beverage. Great place to stay!

The BEST stay in Peñasco 2023

We have been traveling to Peñasco for the past 10 years. This has been by far our best Spring Break. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. We arrived and everything was ready as we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable. The sliding doors opened up all the way and extended the living space. We had them open all day! The walking distance to the beach was 3 minutes and the pool/spa was right outside our door. The whole property felt like a bedroom community and it was nice and quiet like we like it so we can hear the ocean waves. Our dog Ocean enjoyed his morning walks. There are many restaurants to choose from and they are very close. The grocery stores are also close and have everything you need to cook a nice family dinner. The Aguilera's are great hosts and super communicative. We hope their home is available next year when we plan our vacation.

Jewel of a Stay

This is a first class house, with a terrific layout, great space, and high end modern furnishings. Our 3 generation family of 6 spent a week at the Aguilera vacation home, and everyone agreed we will be back. The deck is fantastic. We spent every evening enjoying adult beverages and playing games on the deck. There is also a deck on the upper floor with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is close to the pool in the Costa Diamante complex and a very short walk to Sandy Beach. The kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. The house also has a propane grill, so there were multiple options for cooking meals on the nights when we didn't eat at one of the local restaurants. The Super Lay and Sam'sClub grocery stores were a short drive away. The washer and dryer were a plus (for stays more than 3 nights). The house provides beach towels. And there's a ping pong table in the garage. Definite 5 star rating.
