Casa de Juega ist ein Stadthaus mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern in Las Olas. Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppel- / Queensize-Etagenbett und wird von einem Badezimmer auf dem Flur bedient. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Außeneingang ist eine 2. Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen, wunderschön gefliesten Badezimmer. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ausnahme eines Geschirrspülers sowie die meisten Kleingeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster und Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über einen Holzkamin (Holz oder Kaminholz mitbringen) und öffnet sich zu einer Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer von Cortez. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen Zentralklimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren in allen Zimmern, WLAN-Internetzugang, lokales Telefon, Satelliten-TV-Monitor / DVD / VCR, CD und Radio, Holzkohlegrill (eigene Holzkohle mitbringen), Gartenmöbel und Fußdusche. Inhaber bittet nicht, nach innen zu rauchen; Haustiere unter 20 Pfund erlaubt. Bettwäsche und ein Satz Badetücher werden gestellt. 2 Nächte Minimum während der Woche; An Wochenenden im März, April, Mai, Juni und Oktober sowie an allen Feiertagen mindestens 3 Nächte.

Welcoming place to stay

This property was a very enjoyable long weekend for us. It had plenty of room for just the two of us, but left such a warm welcome that we would rent this property again with our adult children along for the trip. Clean, cozy and everyone was super helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home many, many times. The HVAC wasn't working and Oceano did a great job at getting a technician out to make the repair. However, the water heater wasn't working correctly and the kitchen and two bathrooms inside the unit only had lukewarm water. The outside bathroom water was warmer. Oceano had two repairmen out but the problem wasn't resolved. Hopefully they are able to rectify this before someone else has the same problem.

Can’t wait to go back!

The place was well-stocked and super clean. Had absolutely no issues. Check-in/out was a breeze. A nice place right on the beach…couldn’t have asked for more! Will definitely be returning.

Best Place

Best place to stay in Los Conchas for beach access and fishing. Have rented before on second row. Worth renting right on the beach. Had a great time. Excellent property! Clean, updated, nothing negative about this one!

Everything you could ask for, one spot.

Probably my most favorite place in Penasco! This area is peaceful, clean, not to crowded, and the house was so clean and well equipped. We had such an amazing time here, we will be going back.

Lovely well-equipped property

We love the tile in this property, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, much better than most. The location right on the beach is perfect for us. Our only problem was that one day it ran out of water. In general, would highly recommend this property.

Just like the pictures

Overall we had a great time. There were beach toys/equipment for the kids. Lounge chairs and table to sit at. Perfect view of the water. Tabletop games and puzzles to play with. The only con was some of the beach equipment was weathered. Pricing was extremely reasonable. We will definitely stay again.

Girls Trip 2023

The property was clean and as advertised. Was perfect for our girls trip!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We saw a bunch of little stingrays along the beach. We really enjoyed the patio and the view! Only thing we had an issue with was the sand had been washed away from the steps at the patio and was a little tricky getting down to the beach but otherwise it was perfect for our group.

We enjoyed the property as we were on the beach. The property had some sort of a water leak while we were there so we had workers around the property the entire weekend. There wasn't any hot water. The property management company made arrangements for us to use another unit for showers. Just know that you are limited on the amount of water use for each person staying at the house.

The condo itself is fully loaded with everything you need. Immaculately clean! Very few solicitors, which is perfect when all you want to do is have a quiet vacation at the beach. Wifi works well, large refrigerator. AC works great, dripped a bit inside on the floor but that is to be expected with the humidity. It was perfect and I'll always look for this place to stay.

July Weekend

I gave an overall 2 star. Here's why - there were pros and cons with this property. The Pros The property is in a great location. Right on the beach, open the sliding glass doors and walk right on the beach. The property is very clean, although a bit out dated, could use some fresh paint inside. Appliances worked great, refrigerator kept items very cold. There were umbrellas , chairs, grill (bring charcoal or pick up from local convenience store, which is close) . The Con There is a separate bedroom with full bathroom. This room was completely unusable. The smell in the room was like sewage and mold, you could not breath in the room. This was very unfortunate as we had another couple with us for a few days and they had to sleep in the room with the bunk beds. We did advise management and someone came and sprayed the room, which did nothing to solve the smell issue. So we paid for a three bedroom and not all three rooms were usable. So if you have three couples going, be aware of the outside bedroom smells extremely bad.

Nice Beachfront Location for a Small Group of Adults

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute condo right on the sand. At the end of a 4 unit building in a nicer area of Las Olas in Las Conchas. No hustle and bustle, very serene. Lots of folks our age staying in the community (50 - 60). The unit itself was stocked well and furnished nicely. Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchen well equipped, good water pressure. A few minor issues - the microwave does not work and the handle on the sliding glass door is loose and missing a screw. We brought our own propane camp stove which saved us the hassle of bringing briquettes and cleaning their grill. We cooked outside most every meal.It's not a large place but the living is truly outdoors on the patio.Another item of note, please confirm with the rental agency that no workers will be doing construction on the property during your stay. There were three workers who climbed on the roof to install a new TV Dish during my afternoon siesta without giving me any notice and it was upsetting to be awakened to shouting and stomping on the roof above my bedroom. The breakfast burrito man Peter is great, as are all the trinket sellers that comb the beach every day. Now that we know the property, if we ever choose to return to Rocky Point, we will probably come back here if our party doesn't require extra bedrooms and space.
