This apartment was perfect for our stay in Flagstaff. Do not be fooled by the "curb appeal" once inside this apartment it is modern, clean, and nicely laid out. The off street parking was a plus for us. It within walking distance to many nice places to eat and shop in downtown Flagstaff and not far from national parks and monuments in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Agree with other reviews...dont let the outside fool you. Lovely and clean place to stay. Bed was comfortable, roomy and comfortable all around. Jaana was also very accomodating when I needed to switch my stay days. The location is walking distance to all shops and plenty of restaurant options. Close to hiking and attractions. My only con would be the rail system across the street. Freight trains run 24/7 and woke us up plenty of times during the night. Might prepare with ear plugs.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect and just a short walk to the downtown area, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. The washer and dryer came in especially handy after we got caught in a torrential downpour after dinner. The space was just right for our little weekend getaway, and we'd definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Clean. Well-stocked. Good location. We had to stay an extra day because the Sedona pocket fire messed up our flight out of Flagstaff. The owner/manager of this property was very accommodating and took care of everything needed to make that happen for us. Highly recommend!

In a great walkable location close to many cute restaurants (our fave was Urban Pine), coffee shops We had to “wfh” one day during our stay, the WiFi was super fast!Be aware the train runs right across the street and can be loud at times. Didn’t bother us too much, and we did pick the location because it was walkable from train station.

The apartment is a great place to stay and well equipped. Its walking distance to all of old town Flagstaff make it a fantastic place to stay.Old Town Flagstaff is filled with resturants, wine bars, galleries, brew pubs, and murals. Plenty to occupy us for a week with little driving.The proximity to the railroad tracks was not a problem for my sister who is always bothered by noise. The windows are thick and block sound well.Jaana, host, responded promptly and effectively to my messages.We had a car and small RV. I parked my RV in a public parking lot at Aspen and Birch about 1/2 mile from apartment. There was a modest daily charge which I could pay at a parking kiosk near the appartment. My payment was tracked online via my license plate number so I did not have to place a receipt on vehicle each dayWe plan to stay here again.

This place was awesome. Just as described, it was super close to downtown where we could walk to everything. I would recommend this property to anyone. The property owner was a delight to talk to and was very responsive to all my questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy and clean

Went up to Flagstaff for the weekend. This place is very close to downtown we walked to dinner and shops.We were very pleased with the cleanliness and is very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment.I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Lovely place

Very nice unit, everything in working order. The biggest problem was trains going by extremely frequently day and night. I got used to them, but my husband didnt.
