Historic Rock House Downtown Game Room next to NAU

Stay at our beautiful, historic home centrally located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, literally steps away from scenic and lively NAU campus. Walk out the front door to restaurants, shops, and trails. The house is charming, clean and comfortable with a bit of old Flagstaff/Southwest history and is complete with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Enjoy our game room and the spacious, private back yard with seasonal bbq. Recently updated, it's the centrally located and quiet vacation home you've been looking for.

The space
This 2-story rock house is comfortable, clean, and decorated with unique art and Southwest details. We provide plenty of bedding, towels, blankets, pillows, and the essentials to make your stay as comfy as possible, including a well-stocked kitchen and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans and central heating, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and all the kitchen essentials.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, and the entire front and private backyard. You'll be able to park on-site in a driveway. Note that there are several steps to access the house at both entrances, and there are stairs to the two bedrooms upstairs as well as to the game room in the basement.

Other things to note
Self checkin: There is a lock code for accessing the front door to make check-in easy, so you can arrive anytime after check-in and come and go easily. Code will be sent upon booking.

TVs: There are two Roku TVs at this home, with complimentary Netflix and a few live channels for guests to enjoy.

Game Room: Enjoy the game room in the basement, with foosball table and Blitz (video game). We also provide lots of board games, which are located in the living room coffee table, and books for guests to enjoy.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary organic dark roast coffee, creamers, tea, basic pantry items (sugar, salt, pepper, spices, cooking oils), and a few extras.

Feel free to use the washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent during your stay.

As noted in the description, this home is unique in that it is located downtown and right next to NAU campus, literally across the street. Because of its prime location and proximity to campus and students, the Southside neighborhood is lively and there may be some noise in the area.

We have a strict NO parties or gatherings policy at our house. No guests or visitors are allowed beyond the number listed on the reservation, or $100 extra per person if you have beyond 6 with approval from hosts.

One pet is allowed (dog) with an extra $150 fee and breed restrictions apply. You must have pre-approval by messaging the owners before booking if you plan to bring a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Any additional cleaning needed or damage done to the house may result in an additional charge.
