Nice and cozy

The property was nice and clean and the bedrooms were really spacious. The room only had one pan and pot,the table set was really worn down and the table at the entrance was broken. Overall it was really nice just wish it was a tv in all rooms and not just the living room because the kids fought over it the whole time.

Many Hiccups

This is the first time using Cozy Suites. On Tuesday of last week we booked a two bedroom three bath suite at the Showboat Atlantic City. On friday we were advised that due to a maintenance issue our suite would be downgraded to a 1 bedroom two bath. After many calls back and forth (15 to be exact we were accommodated into a two bedroom suite.

The space was perfect, plenty of room for large parties not to be ontop of each other. The hallway was dated, and carpeting could use a replacement, old smell and dark. The suite was updated and was clean, not enough towels I. The bathroom and need more pillows for the beds. No extras for the pull out couch. There is was no pool and the indoor waterpark is a lot of money ontop of the cost of the suites. But in all I would stay here again.

Well I really was disappointed because I thought we had a real ocean view but instead we only had a view of a big tall building with the word ocean it. I don’t think you should put ocean front condo In the title it’s misleading because the condo is not up front. The room was nice except the master bathroom door it g gets stuck so sometimes it’s hard to get out

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Location & size are great. That’s it. The place was disgusting. Broken toilet seat, doors, beds, full of trash & dead bugs. Check in was late and difficult. Absolutely nothing was done about our complaints. No follow up at all from this owner other than an auto-reply text saying they would look into it and respond. No response in 4 days & No money back. And we paid a small fortune to stay in this disaster of a place. I would be absolutely ASHAMED to rent this to another family if it was my rental.

Ok Place

There was only 1 tv! There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party so 1 tv just didn’t work for us. The room was not as clean as the pictures showed at all!! The floors looked like they were not swept, nor mopped. One of the kids dropped his toy under the sofa. We moved the sofa to get the toy and it was a lot of trash on the floor under the sofa!!!! The walls were dirty, there was a leaning table when you walk in the door. I could go on and on but I won’t. The bed was comfortable though and the shower and toilet were decent. Which is what really mattered to me. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
