The location could not be better. Easy walk to everything. Walked 40 min to Carmines, 10 to Hard Rock for a concert and 5 to the beach. Had a blast playing shuffleboard and the kitchen is well enough equipped to cook meals. Would definitely use again in the future.

Weekend stay

We had a great weekend at this property! Close to boardwalk and the shuffleboard table was a HUGE hit! The space was very clean and quiet! Would definitely stay at this property again! Or even another VRBO by same owners!

Great location and walkable near casino’s, water park, boardwalk. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and kitchen had basic amenities for an enjoyable stay. Great alternative to the hotels/resorts.If there’s a cold draft downstairs in winter, a simple remedy is placing a towel under the front door.Host was responsive and flexible.

Stayed here for my bachelor weekend, 5 stars!

The place had a really cool atmosphere, looks just like the photos in the description. The balcony is actually larger than it looked in the photos and it is a stones throw away from the ocean resort Casino. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor, the rooms are nice and dark for sleeping in after a long night. Lastly because of its proximity to the beach is was a short walk to the beach past the resort lobby which was nice.

One week in AC

We spent a week at Run AC for a dance competition with our family of 4. Listing was very accurate and all communication with the manager were extremely detailed. The location is incredibly convenient to Ocean Resort/Casino and the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The community was quiet, except for the occasional loud car on Pacific Ave. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and the kids loved the shuffleboard table. Kitchen was nicely equipped and having laundry in unit was a huge plus. Was a great alternative to staying in the casinos itself.

Well located

If you want a place right near the Ocean Casino, this place is for you. It is a little shabby except for the very modern kitchen. One of the TV’s didn’t work even after contacting the host. There were two other TV’s that were fine.

We spent two nights with another couple and RunAC was perfect for us. Having en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom was great. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. We liked the big balcony and enjoyed having coffee out there each morning. The location was very convenient; across the street from the Ocean Resort; a block to the boardwalk; and walking distance to many other casinos and restaurants. It was nice being at the quieter end of the boardwalk. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location, directly behind Ocean Resort Casino. Very short walk to the Boardwalk and other casinos. Condo was comfortable, clean and everything looks recently updated.

Wonderful!!

Ashley and Paul were by far the most accommodating and personable owners I have ever come across. They know the area and will point you in any direction you are interested in visiting in the area. They answer questions quickly and they don’t make you feel like it’s a “chore” for them, they legit want you as their guest to have a fabulous experience. If something needs fixed they are right on it. The place was clean and updated. I also felt that it was fairly priced. I would definitely rent from this couple again in the future.
