This home has 3 common areas to hang out in. The dinning/kitchen area which seats 11, the living room which seats 8, and the game room which seats 14. Having these separate areas is very important with large groups so everyone is not crammed into one area to hangout. Unlike most homes I give you
Everything you need except food and clothes. The
Game Room has everything from a Card Table, Beer Pong Table, 2 Arcade Machines with multiple games on each, Huge Jenga, and about a dozen Boardgames and other games. The best thing about the game room is you can be as loud as you want down there and not disturb anyone sleeping because the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the game room is on the ground floor. So if your kids are young and go to bed early or your old and you go to bed early. Whoever is left up can still have a good time and not disturb anyone. LOL This home has a brand new big outdoor shower to rinse everyone off prior to going back in the home plus a hose to wash things off. So I really have 3 showers half the year. I have 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, cooler, 4 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes, a golf putting green, cornhole, washers, basketball, soccer ball, portable soccer nets, football, a volley ball, tennis rackets and tennis balls, wiffle balls and batts, colored outdoor chalk, you name it I have it. Don't worry the house is clutter free. All this is stored in the man cave / garage / game room. My home is beach block or about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. I am only a couple blocks from 3 parks and a few blocks from 5 parks for any sport you would like to play with your friends or family. I have it all just bring food and your clothes.
