The main living area is bright and open, featuring ample windows that allow natural light to flood the space. The comfortable living room offers a relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the beach or enjoying water activities or enjoying the pool, shared between 2 units. The adjacent dining area provides an ideal setting for intimate meals with family or friends.
The kitchen is well-stocked and well equipped, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet feast, this well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights.
The property features 4 bedrooms in total, 2 on each side, providing comfortable accommodations for all your guests. The bedrooms are well-appointed, offering cozy retreats where you can rest and rejuvenate. The bathrooms are stylishly designed, combining functionality with a touch of luxury.
Both sides are identical with their layouts, the only difference being the bedding. There is NO interior access between the 2 units.
Unit 1 is furnished with a main bedroom consisting of a queen bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twins.
Unit 2 is furnished with 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom is a queen and the guest bedroom is also a queen and this home comfortably sleeps 4 people.
Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a private pool shared between 2 units, outdoor space perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Relax on the patio, host a barbecue, or soak up the sun in the lushly landscaped yard. You can rent this home together or just one of the units.
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
