NEUER POOL !!! Genial und unglaublich. 4 neue Luxus-Chaiselongues wie in Kreuzfahrtschiffen und High-End-Hotels.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein Einfamilienhaus, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer + Cabrio Betten, 2 Bäder, 6 Personen.
Stellen Sie sich einfach hier in unserem charmanten Strandhaus vor. neu aktualisiert und dekoriert von Innenarchitekt & befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Nur ein paar Schritte von unserem eigenen Strandzugang mit Pavillon und Außendusche sowie einem privaten Angelsteg in der hinteren Bucht entfernt, der eine große Tiki-Hütte mit Picknicktischen, Bänken, Bootsrutschen und Tonnen von einheimischer Tierwelt bietet. Der Strand ist etwa 50 Meter und die Bucht ist etwa 60 Meter von der Hütte entfernt. Unser Ferienhaus ist ca. 1.100 Quadratmeter gemütlich und möchte nie Atmosphäre verlassen.

Warmes und sonniges Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit neuer, hoher, weißer Essecke. Neue Mikrowelle, Uhren, Wecker, Waschmaschine und Trockner auf der Wohnebene mit 2 geschlossenen Lanais, Carport-Parkplatz, großem Garten, Abstellraum und Liegestühlen. Master-Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Size-Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche und Dekor, 2 Schränke (eine sehr große begehbare). Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten mit neueren Betten und Dekor. Wohnzimmer hat new50 'Smart TV mit Kabel, eingebaut in Amazon, Netflix, Youtube, neue Möbel; Königin Schläfer, Liebessitz und Stuhl. CD-Player mit Boombox, neue iPod-Dockingstation. Alle Bettwäsche und Strandtücher sind inklusive. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen neuen 32 "-HDTV-Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss.

Entspannen Sie sich und lesen Sie, machen Sie ein Nickerchen, spielen Sie ein Brettspiel und genießen Sie Mahlzeiten mit Freunden auf einer der Veranden. Gehen Sie ein paar Schritte zur hinteren Bucht und suchen Sie nach Fischadlern, Seekühen, Delfinen, springenden Fischen, Pelikanen und dem neuesten Bewohner. SCARLET IBIS! Our stay was great. Some trouble getting into the property, but otherwise great. Problems were resolved in a timely manner. As guests we had on issue with parking, totally our fault. Again the owner communicated with me quickly through VRBO and it was resolved. The beach was great!

This was simply the “ ideal vacation” in every way. What a wonderful surprise to find a completely renovated, beautifully decorated home on a quiet street with a private heated pool just steps from a gorgeous, spacious beach! Our host, Nancy, was just terrific! Any questions were immediately answered and always happily- a dream host if there ever was one!The island can be tricky to navigate during peak traffic times with only a 2 lane highway but you quickly figure it out! We had a couple of great meals and the rest were fine! This is a lovely little town in the process of rebuilding after the hurricane. For once I simply cannot find one thing to complain about! Thank you Nancy for allowing us to spend 10 glorious days in your delightful home!

The house was such a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the home was beautiful! For late February, we basically had the beach to ourselves. We spent our mornings at the beach and our afternoons in the private pool as soon as the sun hit it. Eating on the island was a little hard as restaurants are few and far between compared to the volume of people needing to be fed! We made a few quick trips to the close Publix and kept our eating out to a minimum. If you do plan to eat out, go early and expect a wait. No fault of the property though!Both the owner and the rental agency were quick to answer any questions we had - although I had very few. The stay was perfect for our warm weather getaway! Only things missing were an umbrella to put in the sand, and a grill at the house!

Most Excellent Stay!

We stayed here last year and we decided to do so again this year. We really enjoyed our time here, the property was very clean and welcoming! It is only a short walk to the beach and having a Publix nearby was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying in this adorable beach house. The house is super clean and fully equipped with everything you would need and is just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Publix grocery store is just a few blocks away.

Fabulous location

Great house, great location. Had everything we needed except could find gas grill but there was a charcoal grill which was great. Loved having the bikes and easy access to the beach. The pier at the bay is broken and blocked off but I’m sure that will be getting fixed soon.

Winter Escape

We enjoyed our five week stay in this mid-island beach house. House was comfortable and in a friendly neighborhood. Loved the proximity to the beach and back yard pool (86 degrees!) The updated en-suite bathroom and laundry room were a real plus. Our 8 lb dog appreciated the dog friendly house.

Quiet and comfy for a family get away

This was our second year at this house and we really enjoy the close access to the beach and bay. The pool is great and the back yard has a lot of privacy, which is pretty rare in FMB. The neighborhood is very nice, and it’s away from the crowds but centrally located. You can even walk to get a few groceries during times that the main road is backed up. Great for couples or small families. We’ll be back!

wonderful beach cottage

We had a very enjoyable stay at this clean, cozy and comfortable beach home. It was in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and near many good restaurants and things to do. The home had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the awesome chaise beach chairs. Bikes were available to use as well. Overall I highly recommend this home and would definitely would stay here again.

Perfect vacation home!

This was our 3rd time staying at this little gem of a beach house with our dogs. The house is very well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.. We loved all the recent upgrades that Nancy made to the house. The neighborhood is super quiet and a quick walk to the beach. This house has everything you would need for a great vacation and the private pool and bikes are just icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we can’t wait to return next year!

Great Experience

A clean house with recent renovations. Until you experience a private pool you don’t realize it’s benefits Even though you are just steps from the beach. The 1st floor washer/dryer is awesome.

Loved this place

We had a great time here the cottage was clean and comfortable it also had everything we needed . It is close to the beach within walking distance to the store. Our grandson Alex and his friend Brian had a great time fishing Dow at the pier. We will defenetly come back. Robert and Laura Castillo West Allis. WI

We fell in love with the gulf coast of Florida in 1998 during our first visit. We went back for another vacation that year for a family holiday and had to purchase this amazing cottage. There was only one other owner since it was built so the family heritage and feel permeated the property- you feel the love. We have renovated it several times with new furniture, baths and a pool! We travel for work and understand the important things such as a pool, warm decor, cozy linens, wifi, smart tv, games, bikes, beach chairs and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be silly to choose another property when you have everything that you need at our warm and cozy beach cottage. We appreciater all of our wonderful guests whom have stayed over the years. We love the sun, beach, fun, outdoors, wildlife whether in the Gulf, flying above it or crawling around it. Ft. Myers Beach is easy to access from away, you can completely relax and never have to leave the island, people are friendly and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Relaxing, unwinding, turning off the fast paced everyday life. A new in ground heated pool. Enjoy friends and family in our new heated pool- why even leave the grounds? Additional, we love to kayak, run or walk on the beach, bike ride, golf and play tennis. Friends enjoy the jet skis and parasailing as well. Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
