Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett, ein Rollbett (zwei Einzelbetten) und ein Bad mit 3 Bädern befinden sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und sind nur einen halben Block von allen Restaurants und Geschäften des Times Square / Pier entfernt. Ein Block zum TImes Square, zum Pier und zum Strand. Genießen Sie den ruhigen, beheizten Pool, der von einem Lanai bedeckt ist, um Insekten und Blätter fernzuhalten. Der Poolbereich hat eine wunderschöne Mahagoni-Bar an einem Ende. Die Bar verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, Eismaschine, Kühlschrank und Mixer. Grillen Sie frischen Fisch aus unseren lokalen Märkten auf Ihrem Gasgrill. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Essbereich für 8-10 Personen, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit übergroßen braunen Ledersofas, stromführenden Lazie Boys und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, 2 Bäder, eine Terrasse und ein Bürobereich , eine Wäscherei und 3 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem TV und einem Queensize-Klappbett. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Ein-Schlafzimmer-Apartment. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Ausziehbett, das in zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und eine Sitzecke auszieht. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt ein Vollbad. Dieses Apartment befindet sich in günstiger Lage neben dem Pool für die Nutzung der Sanitäranlagen und Kücheneinrichtungen. Neben dem Pool befindet sich auch eine Außendusche für den Poolbetrieb oder für die größere Person in Ihrer Gruppe. Es gibt Angelruten zum Angeln im Kanal und zwei gebrauchte Fahrräder, um den Strand zu erkunden oder die Insel zu sehen. Zur Verfügung gestellt werden auch viele Pool-Spielzeug, Sandspielzeug, Strandwagen, Liegestühle, rollende Kühler und Sonnenschirm. Entlang des Kanals ist ein großes Dock für Ihren Angelkomfort. Wenn Sie lieber in der Hängematte auf der Anklagebank sitzen oder sich die Boote ansehen, gehen Delfine und Seekühe vorbei. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Hochstuhl, einen Kindersitz, eine Porta-Krippe, einen Kindersitz, Kinderwagenspiele und Spielzeug. Weekend getaway

This is a great property in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. Walking distance to everything. 1 block from the restaurants and shops and only 2 short blocks to the beach. Perfect location. Beautiful house on the canal with a pool. The house is very nice and clean. The owner is super accommodating and was very helpful with our arrival and departure from the property.

Close to Everything

House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. A great get-away

I rented Tess' place for a week in May to celebrate my 30th birthday with my siblings and their spouses. The good: The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it. The (not bad, but, idk... notable?) - It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer. -The downstairs apartment is a little musty. If that smell is something you are sensitive to, keep the teenagers down there lol.

Great Holiday Getaway!

From booking through our stay everything was easy. Tess is very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place was clean and large enough for our whole family. A lot of room in the open concept living space, although most of our time was spent by the pool which also has a lot of room. Would definitely recommend to any family!

Great location, room for all

This property was in a fantastic location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the space with room for all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. GREAT Location!!!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

Great place to relax

Location is perfect for walking to everything you want. House is clean and almost everything needed is provided. Our only complaints are the fishing rods were not in good condition and the grill was not cleaned. Wonderful sidenote, the dining room made a great backup plan for our rained out beach wedding ceremony!

Perfect vacation home!

This home has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. It is in the perfect location and has absolutely everything that you need for your vacation. The pool area with the outdoor eating area is perfect for kids. It's a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. The inside of the home is spacious and has all the amenities. We truly did not need to bring anything other than our clothes. Everything else was provided in the home. We've stayed in a lot of beach homes over the years and this one is far superiors to anywhere else we've ever stayed.

This property has ample space inside and out. There are so many options for activities on and near the property. We spent very little time inside because the lanai and pool were so roomy and comfortable. Our host responded to our extra needs promptly. We would recommend this property!

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Paradise Cove, sleeping 6-8 people, has a pool, bar and canal, Beach House across the street from these two, 4 king bedrooms, two bath, pool and Tiki Bar, Heavenly Tropics, 4 king, 3 bath, Tiki Bar, and pool, And Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are not here. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Floating in the pool and watching the boats in the canal go by is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind. Enjoy a book sitting by the canal or pool. The view from the upstairs deck is breathtaking! It has lagoon and ocean view! Enjoy a cocktail at the private bar. Take a trip down the canal with the two available kayaks. Once you have relaxed take the five-minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials.
