The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful.
