The Pacific Pearl is a beautifully renovated top floor duplex featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a fantastic outdoor undercover entertaining area with fire pit, alfresco dining, and gas BBQ to cook up a storm. 
The open plan living/ dining area has comfortable, stylish furnishings and even has a lounge designated for the beloved fur babies. There is a split system air conditioner that provides cooling through the entire property, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and Smart TV’s. The second sitting area also has a wall mounted Smart TV and single daybed and trundle; this room can be used as the fourth bedroom as well. The property has a beautifully designed kitchen with stunning timber benchtops, induction cooktop, wall oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer.
Three bedrooms with linen, towels and bed making provided, the main bedroom also has a stunning ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, bath with overhead shower, toilet, vanity, and front loader washing machine. The main bathroom is located between bedroom two and three, it has been completely renovated with stunning tiles, large walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.
These owners have taken every comfort into account to make sure your holiday is just perfect, Anna Bay has the best surf beaches, sand dunes which are great for Camel rides and sand boarding, rock fishing and beautiful walks along the beach at Sunset.
Parking is provided behind gates in the undercover entertainment area or on the street, the property also provides an outdoor shower which is great for when you come back from the beach.
The Pacific Pearl has an elderly couple as permanent residential tenants in the apartment downstairs, each has their separate entrance, the downstairs outdoor area is for holiday guest use only.
