Am Rande des kristallblauen Ozeans gelegen, finden Sie diese erstaunliche zweistöckige Maisonette mit drei Schlafzimmern. Mit hervorragendem Meerblick und ruhiger Umgebung können Sie sich zurücklehnen und die unvergessliche Landschaft dieses Anwesens genießen. Beobachten Sie, wie die Wale auf dem Balkon vorbeiziehen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das einzige Zimmer im Erdgeschoss die Wäscherei ist. Alle anderen Zimmer befinden sich auf der obersten Ebene.

Nur wenige Minuten vom örtlichen Skatepark, dem bewachten Zugang zum Strand, den Gemischtwarenläden, der Anna Bay Tavern und anderen Restaurants entfernt.

Great location and great house with everything you need!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Anna Bay, overall quite clean and facilities well maintained. A couple of issues like sheets not the cleanest and dryer not working but LJ hooker was prompt to reply and find an immediate solution if we needed it. Would stay here again!

Amazing property!

We were all blown away with the cleanliness of the property. The location is absolutely stunning and so convenient to walk to the rocky beach, which is almost private to the properties on the strip. The house had all the little bits and pieces needed, including dishwashing tablets, washing detergent, salt and pepper, etc. this is truly an outstanding holiday rental which left us feeling so relaxed! Would definitely stay again :)

Lovely location with comfortable facilities. Our only problem was that we were disturbed by others in unit 1 who partied till early hours yelling, screaming and swearing even with kids present. They did not seem to care about disturbing us so we will be booking stand-alone accommodation in the future.

Great Views and Location

The property is well appointed and has plenty of space and great views. The location is in walking distance from Birubi Beach, the sand dunes and the Birubi beach SLSC and Crest Cafe. It is also a quick 10 min drive from Nelsons Bay and 1 min drive from Anna Bay and a small shopping complex. It is self contained and has everything you need. Whilst the bed wasn't the most comfortable bed in the world it was adequate for 5 nights. You are really staying here for the views and location. Furnishings are basic but adequate. It was surface clean but some areas need a good spring clean. Our only negatives would be the listing included a BBQ and there was no BBQ, which was a shame. The Wifi was also non-existent . We had raised this with the agent during our stay.

Wonderful property and well maintained. Some disappointments relating to property management.

A lovely layout and magnificent views. Beautiful property. We had poor weather but it was so nice that we didn't mind staying indoors. We were disappointed not to have been advised of a planned power outage most of Saturday. The workman stated that the outage had been scheduled some weeks ago. Also disappoinging not to have a microwave for most of the week.

Great view, but can be perfect

It would have been 5 stars, only if they had clean the glass doors/windows / insect screens.. Then main attraction is the ocean view however it get blurred/obstructed by the dusk and dirt. One the positive note, thanks for the binoculars, it proven tobe very entertaining.

The gateway to the spectacular Stockton Bight Sand Dunes in the Worimi Conservation Lands, Anna Bay is ideal for outdoor adventures. While the giant sand dunes are the star attraction, you can also enjoy beach fishing, surfing and exploring rock pools in this relaxed surf village in the Port Stephens area. There are many ways to explore the great dune area, take a relaxing camel or horse ride along the shoreline or cruise around in 4WD, climb to the top of the dunes to slide down the slope on a sandboard.
Anna Bay is home to two great surf beaches: the patrolled Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach. Beginners can take a lesson with Port Stephens Surf School, while there are plenty of solid breaks to entertain more experienced surfers. There are also pretty rock pools to explore around Anna Bay. The whole family will love getting up close to marine life at Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters where you can feed, pet or snorkel with animals in a shallow lagoon. Unpatrolled Fishermans Bay and Boat Harbour are great for snorkelling with a rocky reef that draws lots of marine life, including wrasse, bream, morwong, black rock cod and even sea turtles. This stretch of coastline is also a great location for viewing humpback whales on their migration along the NSW North Coast during May and November.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am.
