For those craving a little more action, the vibrant hub of Nelson Bay is just a 5-minute drive away.

Azure Haven’s open-plan living area on the ground floor is the heart of the home. Equipped with modern air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a sleek kitchen, it flows effortlessly onto a spacious timber deck, perfect for family BBQs with a gas grill and ample seating. The upper floor offers a cozy second lounge with a 65cm flat-screen TV, DVD player, and sofa bed for a laid-back movie night after a day by the beach.

The spacious upper level also features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two with king beds that open onto a glass-walled balcony for unparalleled water views. The master bedroom comes with a lavish ensuite bathroom, where you can soak in a tub with either complete privacy or gentle sea vistas. Another full bathroom upstairs offers a bath, shower, and toilet for added convenience.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

MAXIMUM 8 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 10.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION -
2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 single.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when bookings of 8 + guests.
Sofa bed $100 per booking - includes towels and linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels - $8 per towel/per booking.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refundable 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
