Willkommen in der 61 Campbell Avenue in der Anna Bay mit der Lj Hooker Nelson Bay! Dieses gemütliche Zuhause ist Ihr nächster Urlaubsaufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt nur 6 Gehminuten vom Strand von Birubi und 3 Gehminuten von den örtlichen Geschäften entfernt. Dieses Haus bietet einen komplett eingezäunten Garten, in dem Ihre Hunde herumlaufen können. Nach einem Bad am Strand können Sie sich eine schöne Außendusche gönnen und dann auf dem Achterdeck den Sonnenuntergang durch das Buschland-Reservat beobachten.

Dieses gemütliche, haustierfreundliche Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eine brandneue renovierte Küche und ein Badezimmer mit separatem WC, ein offenes Wohnzimmer, eine neu gebaute Außendusche und eine große Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Garten und das Bushland. (Haustiere sind im Haus willkommen, dürfen jedoch während Ihres Aufenthalts NICHT unbeaufsichtigt in der Unterkunft gelassen werden.)

Spacious, comfortable home away from home

My family and I enjoyed a lovely weekend here. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely backyard and it was great to be able to bring our dogs. The location was good, in a quiet street near to local shops and a short drive from the beach.

Great location, fabulous garden

Overall the property was in a great location, 5min walk to shops, 10min walk to beach. Our dogs enjoyed the yard, which was secure and the outlook to the garden was lovely. Plan to stay again in the future.

Lovely peaceful stay

This was a lovely property, close to the beach and shops and also in a really peaceful location. The property was so clean and also well equipped for our two small dogs and infant. The outdoor shower was a lovely touch and great for when we got back from the beach. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to re book.

Perfect for what we needed

A great little property. It was a good layout and very dog friendly. There was some rubbish left on top of the bin and in the lounge room which was strange but aside from that it was very pleasant. The pub up the road allows doggy’s outside too!

The house is as advertised. Very comfortable and an easy walk to the beach with a bathroom to die for! My only suggestion would be to improve the after-hours key collection. That creaky, old lock needs an update!

Lovely dog friendly property

This is our go to dog friendly stay in Anna Bay. I don’t think the pictures do it justice and the location is perfect. Close to the off leash Stephenson reserve and the the finger buns at the Anna Bay Bakery. Doggies allowed inside and large doggies allowed. The only minor improvements could be a lock box for keys rather than driving to Nelson Bay to pick up and drop off keys and maybe one spare roll of toilet paper.

Clean & Tidy with lovely leafy outlook. Kitchen needs a bit of TLC with cupboards/drawers not closing properly due to faulty catches. Otherwise we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The place was lovely and clean.my only gripe was that the bbq bottle was all but empty so I didn't want to risk using it.sure I could have filled up but I didn't want to spend 40 bucks for a BBQ in exchanging the bottle.i beleive this should be checked before hand.

Comfy cozy wonderful place

We stayed in this house for our holidays before Christmas. The house is very comfy and equipped with everything you need and very good new appliances. Amazing bathroom with open shower (even if the aesthetics take away practicality and the bathroom gets completely flooded every time you take a shower) but most of all a beautiful garden with variety of plants which was so relaxing to watch. Mattress cover weren’t so white and we had to wash them, but nothing serious. The house is close to many beaches and minute walking from shops. Definitely a wonderful staying for us and our doggie too. Thank you

worst stayed i ever

it was worst stayed i ever super itching after we went to bed. my skin became red every where. skin trouble everywhere, i had to washed all of my clothes after i come back home. Also, no cooking scissors in the kitchen, not enough washing machine detergent. worst experienced

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay Eric. We do take our guests concerns seriously and would have loved to have worked with you during your stay if it was communicated to us. We have gone out to the property since and also checked in with our other guests as the property has been booked back to back during the month since your stay and have found no source to cause the itching nor concern raised by other guests. All our mattress protectors are frequently laundered as guests provide their own linen sheets and towels to make all our guests have a comfortable stay.

Lovely dog friendly accomodation

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s a charming, very spacious for 3 adults and a Labrador, lovely garden for dogs and people and an outside hot water shower for sandy puppies and people. I loved the personal decorative touches and books. Great location , 10 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Anna Bay shops. Best go early for the finger buns. Very thoughtful touches for the dog. Bowls and tennis balls much appreciated. The new bathroom and second loo was great. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were perfect as was the aircon in the living area. The minuses for me was that I have to bring my own linen (there is a hire service offered) because I don’t want to think about that for a weekend and that I had to wait for a week to get my bond back even though the property had been booked in the meantime. The very helpful property managers explained that it was the booking agency. I would book again.

Great dog friendly getaway

We loved our stay here for 5 nights. Only a 15 minute walk to Beautiful dog friendly Birubi Beach. Also walking distance to local shops. Would definitely visit here again.

Family Friendly (including fur babies)

We loved staying at this property. The location was convenient, house comfortable and price amazing. The house was clean and tidy but unfortunately the previous family staying had not cleaned up their 20+ dog poos in the back yard. We gave feedback to the agent and know that this is not the cleaners nor the owners fault - the previous people staying (as responsible pet owners) should have picked these up on their last day as we did with our 2 puppies. There are not many Stayz houses that allow pets and irresponsible pet owners like this are the reason why. Besides that it was great and we would definitely stay again!

A lovely short stay

Everything we needed. A lovely quiet spot , close to beaches ,shops etc. Our dogs enjoyed the beach break as well.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 800 Security Deposit (Pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

Note: Cancellation policy is as per LJ Hooker Nelson Bay website. No Schoolies or Party Bookings.
