A bright contemporary pool home, just renovated and newly furnished throughout. This 6 bedroom property features a large pool, stunning games room, delightful themed bedrooms and a secret tunnel for the kids to uncover!

The living area with comfortable sofa seating and large screen TV, has new plank flooring and vaulted ceiling giving a spacious and airy feel. The modern kitchen, upgraded with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is breakfast bar seating or a formal dining area with a fairytale wooden table, right out of Cinderella’s castle.

Outside, the private pool deck spans the full width of the home to include a larger than average swimming pool together with space to sit or lounge and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Challenge each other with a game on the full-size connect 4 board. There is a safety fence provided if you have small children. Pool heating available at an additional cost.

BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

This home boasts three king size bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms. There are two king bedrooms downstairs, featuring sophisticated Avatar and Disney theming. One includes a wooden crib, the other has single bed for a small child. The third king room is located upstairs taking you to Neverland. Also upstairs are the three incredible children’s rooms. Choose from Mario Bros with a slide, Elsa’s castle from Frozen, or off to Hogwarts in the Harry Potter room. There is a secret tunnel for the kids to find between rooms, plus an ideal selfie spot upstairs to post a group pic from the home.

Don’t forget about the hours of fun to be had in the well-equipped games room! Have fun enjoying the foosball table, shuffleboard and basketball shoot. As well as the sofa seating and TV, there are a couple of arcade games – who can set the high score?

Towels and linen are provided, together with washer and dryer, plus high speed wifi for guest use.

The home is located within Hampton Lakes, a popular community boasting shimmering lakes and extensive lawns. Guest facilities include tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball and children’s playground. The community is located on Hwy 27 in between Hwy 192 and I4. Disney World is just 20-25 minutes drive, and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
