Universal in December !

Our stay was excellent. Communication with hosts was great, no issue whatsoever with booking and check in process and local directions. Rooms were super cool for the kids, Princes and Star Wars rooms were great!! I would recommend the house and the area, very nice.

Great house for large groups!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. There were 17 of us ranging from ages 2 to 85 and there was more than enough space. We LOVED the themed rooms as well as the king sized beds for all of the adult couples. The house was so clean and well taken care of and we had all of the essentials we needed (fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, laundry, and bathroom supplies). I loved the alarms on the two exterior doors to the pool as an extra safety feature, as well as the safety fence outside around the pool. We loved the arcade room and the teens spent a lot of time there. We utilized the resort pool once and enjoyed it! Also love the additional parking across the street from the house. We had a few hiccups while there but they were quickly addressed and communication was great. Location was perfect for getting to and from Disney. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

UCA Cheer Nationals

Our cheer team from Daphne, Alabama was attending the UCA Cheerleading Nationals at ESPN World Wide of Sports in Orlando. We had a team of 17 girls and 3 coaches staying at Ryan's amazing rental home. The house was just as the pictures showed and our girls loved every room in the house. They all wanted the princess room and the Star Wars room, did I mention the girls ages range from 15-18 and they still fought over the rooms? haha Ryan was super helpful from the moment we reserved the house to the day we left. I had a few things that I had to email Ryan about and his response was almost immediate. Thank you Ryan for helping to make our Nationals experience one for the memory books!!

Fun and comfy place for all ages!

This house is amazing. The rooms all have comfy beds and nice tv's. The arcade was super cool and all the games worked great. The pool and hottub were the biggest hit. The only thing is the hottub heat only worked about half the time but Ryan did send help as soon as he knew. We had a few issues with some of the stuff being advertised not being stocked. Ryan also did his best to fix that as well. Despite a few issues, this was an awesome place. Ryan remained in contact through our 2 weeks stay and was very attentive. We would stay again

Champions Gate Stay

This was our second visit to Champions Gate. Ryan our host was extremely attentive to all questions. The kids loved the Princess Room and Star Wars room. The resort area with pools is always nice, however becoming quite pricey this stay compared to last in regards to renting cabanas. Assistants at the front desk need better training to move the long lines along. At times, they appear to be tripping over each other. Andrew the bartender at the Tiki Bar is totally AWESOME!!!

My family of 16 had a week long stay at this property and it was terrific. Upon arrival the house was clean and everything was in place. We had a few minor items and questions and every time we asked Ryan for assistance he was prompt and very helpful.

Perfect family vacation house.

We had a large group of family members stay here for the week and we highly recommend it! It’s very kid friendly, they had so much fun they didn’t want to leave. I also appreciate how open and spaced out everything felt so we weren’t cramped or in each other’s way. Ryan was also very quick to reply or answer the phone with any questions.

Best vacation ever by far

This vacation was just perfect and Highly recommended The host was so understanding and amazing he was never too busy to answer the phone to answer our questions on how to use the xbox etc The house is clean and in good modern taste enough towels soap etc He sent someone right away when i told him the fridge wasnt cold enough (works good now) Every kids dream is at the house the kids were busy all day with ski ball racing games air hockey swimming. Awesome! Clean, warm-pool, grill, extra parking, fun themed rooms, & close to community amenities.

Our team of coaches and players participating in a local tournament stayed in the home. It was awesome!!! The pictures shown are accurate. What you see is what you get. We saved on food and laundry being in a home rather than a hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of pool towels. The players loved the themed rooms and it was nice that most of the rooms had king sized beds for players that had to share rooms. Everyone slept comfortably. The arcade had more than expected. It had air hockey and game consoles as well. Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas were big enough for us to have team gatherings. The community center was just around the corner and we all enjoyed the lazy river and slide. Bonuses: Extra parking directly across the street for our team vans and not having to pay extra for heating the pool or using the grill.

The Perfect Getaway

This house was the perfect location for a fun getaway! Between the pool and the arcade, there is plenty to do in the house to keep kids and adults occupied, but super close to Disney if you want to visit the parks. Plus…the Star Wars room was incredible! The house had everything we needed, and Ryan was fantastic…he checked in to make sure we had what we needed and quickly answered any questions we had. We’ve rented quite a few homes since Covid and we would highly recommend this one!

Great house

This property is absolutely amazing. First let me say that managing properties isn’t easy. However, Rhyan was an amazing manager. When we arrived there were a few hiccups that were beyond his control and he remedied everything immediately. I can truly say that after staying here I would definitely stay again. The house was very clean and very accommodating. Three families were able to enjoy the space comfortably. The kids loved the game room and the adults did as well. The Star Wars room is awesome and has everything that kids would enjoy. The girls loved the princess room and everyone was happy. We travel to Orlando at least twice a year and this by far has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable times. What counts for me when I’m staying away is not the hiccup but how it’s remedied. And thankfully we had a very responsive manager. You won’t be disappointed with this property.

Very disappointing

We stayed here for the last two days of a 10 day extended trip and it was very disappointing. The house was not well maintained. The arcade which was one of the big reasons we chose this house for our kids was a huge disappointment. There were no directions on how to get the games on, once we did, more than half of them did not work. I advised the owner who stated he would let his arcade guy know but didn’t help us out during our stay, this should be maintained and checked for every guest since it’s a selling point. The house itself needs a deep clean. The baseboards throughout the home were covered in dust and many had marks and scuffs on them. The walls were scuffed all over the house and the carpet on the steps and upstairs had stains on it everywhere. The carpet was matted and old. The house smelled of fried food the whole time. We had a family of 5 and were left 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for us. Several lights in the kitchen were out. The couch in the living room on main floor is very uncomfortable and the leather is scratched up. The pool and hot tub were cold when we checked in despite the owner stating people had just checked out that day. The grout was yellow and black in several of the showers and some mold was growing in a Some of the corners. The beds and linens were all cheap and not comfortable. We would not have stayed here longer than the day and half we did, it is great for a party house but not for a family looking for cleanliness and comfort. The owner did not seem to even care about our concerns and took several hours to respond. For the price we paid for two days, coming from 8 days in a truly spectacular home two blocks away, it was a massive disappointment.

Great place to stay for families! I'd specifically mention the response and communication with the owner. Very responsive and helped in whatever we needed. Very nice house with ample room for big parties to stay. I would certainly recommend this house!

Prefect place to stay for a Disney birthday!!🎁🎉

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. There was literally something for everyone to do. The communication before, during and after was very helpful . The check in and out process was smooth. The house was just like the pictures (beautiful) the only downside to our stay was that it had to end. We will definitely be back! ❤️
