Cute little house. Beautiful bathrooms. Very responsive host. There isn’t an en suite so you are all sharing bathrooms but wasn’t a problem for us. The only reason this wasn’t all 5 stars was the pool gets a lot of leaves. Wasn’t usable when we got there but the host was immediately responsive when we reported it. Make sure you read the listing and bring the things you need for cooking including spices. They do tell you it is minimally stocked so with planning it isn’t an issue at all. Very dog friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Was a great little stay for us.

Little Gem in Largo

We loved this property! It was very conveniently located to Clearwater Beach without being in all the heavy traffic all of the time. The house was clean and beds were comfy. Had all of the amenities described in post. We loved the friendly town of Largo, its locals and the town itself was the best! Check out Largo Central Park while there. Would definitely return again. TY for a wonderful stay!

The property was exactly what we expected from the pictures online and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the house and the backyard. The house wasn’t as clean as VRBO houses typically are ie: hair in the shower, dirt on floors and half drunk beer bottles in backyard.

The home was clean and it allowed dogs which was nice. The backyard is fenced in however there is no lawn or a good place for the dogs to go potty. Surrounding the pool is a nice border of crushed shells, but that isnt ideal for potty. The management company got back with me immediately if i needed anything.They have daya that are set for pool and lawn maintenance, but you are not notified what time frame the maintenance will be taking place. The pool maintenance staff just showed up in the backyard using their access code through the garage which was unsettling. However, when i called the management company took care of my issue immediately. After booking on VRBO you are re-routed to the mangement companies site for payment and all other communication. This was confusing at first and did make it difficult to find the check in information. I almost deleted the email thinking it was a scam or solicitation email. However, once on the site and knowing it was for the home we rented everything was smooth.Overall the home worked for what we needed, was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Cute house!

Some of the items that were listed as stating would be in the house that we would need to replenish weren’t there however since we would have to replenish anyway it was not big deal. Master bed was VERY COMFORTABLE!! Wish there would have been a cover on the pool because it was extremely dirty when we got there which property management was quick to respond to. Outside lounge chairs weren’t very comfortable so that would have been my only complaint.

Too much dust

The house is very nicely decorated but not clean, the kitchen has stained cabinets, the stove is dirty, the fans are dirty, too much dust to have to be there for several days, the pool gets very dirty and the days that it says it is cleaned it didn't seem like anyone cleaned it for days, just like the house, several cockroaches appeared during the stay, very unpleasant, even a cockroach came out from inside the pillows, the grayish sheets did not give it the touch of cleanliness and additionally the discomfort of the second bathroom in the kitchen since the main room does not have a bathroom was not comfortable at all, you did not have anything of what the photos show.

Great Location

We stayed for the month of February. Overall our stay was pleasant. The property is located in an older but safe neighborhood, within walking distance of a nice little park with a short walking trail around a pond. It's close to the beaches, great restaurants, the airport, and Tampa. The house itself is in need of a deep clean and some new, more comfortable furniture. The sheets on the master bed were terribly scratchy and I ended up buying new ones. We loved that we had a grill and a pool without a lanai--though the tree debris was a full time to keep the pool clean. Take note that it is not heated. One other thing to know is that the master bedroom doesn't have a bathroom in it. You have to walk through the house--either through the living room or the kitchen to get to the bathroom. We got used to it, but it was definitely not convenient. There is also a small step from the living room to the dining room that is difficult to see. Everyone of us slipped down it at least once. We enjoyed our stay in this area.

Perfect Lowkey Family Vacation

We have 7 kids and every single one absolutely loved this house, they kept asking why can’t we just live here? We also took our dog too. There were pet bowls already at the home which were nice. My husband and I aren’t “people” people. We avoid crowds and any social interaction at every turn we can. This home is located in a quiet residential area. No overcrowded parking lots or busy boardwalks to deal with. It was a 10 minute drive to Indian Rocks beach which was very clean and lowkey too. If you get there around 8am you can find free parking, if it’s closer to 9am there’s a pay to park lot that was 2/hr. We spend our mornings at the beach and then the afternoons in the pool. Clearwater is also very close if you want to go to a tourist attraction, we decided to drive to Dunedin to take the kids to Frenchy’s so that we could avoid the crowd. The house itself was very clean. Decor was modern and subtle, very beachy. Took minimal effort for us to “toddler proof”. Check-in and check out was super easy and self sufficient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and Grill. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, and bath towels. There was also an air mattress but we didn’t need it. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, wagons, and toys. There were some floaties for the pool too. All communications were via email and texting, which is also a plus for us because “ew, people”. Our family looks forward to making this our vacation spot every time.

Nice but no privacy

Well everything was really nice pool was kind of dirty but we cleaned it. It’s on check in papers that the pool is cleaned on Wednesdays to plan to be out for a couple hours so we made that a beach day and Thursday a pool day while while we was having our pool day the pool cleaners came to clean the pool so we had to get out for a couple hours, kind of ruined the plans, but what worried me is we left our car in the garage. We had belongings in the garage and the pool people and the lawn service people all had access to go in the side door of the garage. They entered through the gate with no warning that they was even coming. I just walked in the back gate or go in the garage as they please I would expect to be notified when people was coming over and we thought the pool people would already been there. I didn’t like the fact that they can go in the garage because that has a door into the home which was unlocked Because I didn’t know anyone had access to come in and out.
