Step into our residence, and you'll find a bright and spacious living area designed with the intent of fostering both relaxation and social connection. The living room exudes a tasteful ambiance, marrying style and comfort to create a snug retreat for unwinding post-adventures. Ease into the plush comfort of our electric reclining sofa, where you can leisurely catch up on your favorite shows displayed on the flat-screen TV—an enticing invitation to unwind in a haven of both luxury and entertainment.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen-sized bed, a closet, a ceiling fan, a flat TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room offers (2) queen-size beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat TV. The third bedroom has (2) single-size beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat TV, and the bonus room, near the living room, has a cozy daybed with flat TV, making this house a perfect spot for extended families. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, two car parking spaces in the driveway, and a beautiful heated pool are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool isn't heated.
•POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL FOR $25+TAX/NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. (NOTE: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER POOL HEATING OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE)
•Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• For optimal pool cleanliness, we provide a pool vacuum. We would greatly appreciate it if you could put back the pool vacuum in the pool when you are done using the pool every time.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
