This single-family 3-bedroom home with pool and pool heater (restrictions apply) plus a hot tub, has plenty of amenities. It is located in a desirable quaint, and peaceful community centrally located near Clearwater, Indian Rocks, and St. Petersburg Beach, as well as other fine beaches along the coast. Enjoy the sunset, fishing, the dolphins, water sports, excursions, fine restaurants, sports bars, venues with live entertainment, and much more all within a reasonable driving distance. This lovely home and its unique location provide a peaceful, relaxing, and/or fun environment. It is modernly furnished with a blend of a coastal and fun setting. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, condiments, and a Keurig coffee maker with free K-cups and a small Air Frye. The living room is stylishly designed with a 50" HD Smart TV, and Natuzzi leather sofas for extra comfort. The enclosed pool area has a dining table and a nicely designed patio area with chairs for sunbathing and relaxation. Additionally, there are floating devices and pool games for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated (optional) for a $20.00 nightly fee or free with a minimum 6-night stay. Enjoy our 4-person hot tub completely free. Also, at no cost, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, an over-the-shoulder cooler, two beach umbrellas and a small Bluetooth speaker (A $50.00 charge will be assessed for each broken or missing beach item used by guests. Please check beach items at your earliest convenience prior to use and notify the host of any beach items already damaged promptly). Note: For added security, there are two surveillance cameras outside of the home capable of recording and picking up sound. One over the garage monitoring the driveway; the other facing the entrance door. There are no cameras and/or listening devices inside the home or pool/patio area.
