Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The formal living & dining greets you at the entrance, followed by the family room and kitchen. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a spacious suite with separate shower and soaking tub in the bathroom. Large sliding doors open from the living and the primary bedroom to the screened-in lanai & heated pool. Pool heater & new appliances installed in 2023. The guest bedroom, located upstairs, can function as a second master suite. The guest bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway which connects to the remaining two bedrooms, great for families and guests. This is a pet friendly home with pet deposit, inquire for details.
***Note for peak season: The first season rental needs to start on or before January 1-3. Feb or March rentals are only allowed if the previous month has been rented***

Aviano is conveniently located off of Livingston Road, between Golden Gate Parkway and Pine Ridge Rd that offers access to the rest of Naples and to I-75. The lanai faces trees and landscaping, offering privacy between the home and Livingston Rd, which it borders. Community amenities included a heated community pool & spa, community room, BBQ/picnic area, and fitness center. Whether you’re looking to lounge by the pool, take a quick drive to the beach or enjoy the glamor of 5th Ave South, there is something here for everyone to enjoy.

* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
